Always a chill, fun experience! I’ve coming for years for rectifications of disastrous colouring (my hair turned green once at a top tier salon), cuts, balayage, treatment, etc and it always looks on point. First salon who actually cared about the condition of my hair and worked together to fix it and not damage it further and help it get thicker and healthier. Everyone from the senior stylists to the support staff are always smiling and talented! Shout out to Natalie and Rosie for their skills and characters and whom I miss when I’m not here! After living in Dubai for over 14 years, he’s the only one I trust with my blonde highlights. Karl and his assistant, Maria, are truly exceptional. Not only does my hair always look fabulous, but the care and experience are unmatched. And Maria literally gives the absolute best head massages, making every visit feel like a relaxing escape. Natalie Kasses is an incredibly talented stylist and an extremely knowledgeable hair professional. I have been trusting Natalie with my hair for the past 16 years. Not only is she excellent at her job. Natalie is the Creative Director for Pastels Salon and a L’Oréal Ambassador as well as the Creative Stylist for Dyson. She trains around the Middle East and Asia and often judges for the Colour Trophies. Natalie is an Educator, sharing her expertise with many. She has a lovely disposition and it is a highlight of my day when I know I have an appointment with her. A special mention is deserved for her team, in partcular Roz, Nereah and the entire team at Pastels, Ritz Carlton. Highly recommend Natalie. She is truly a Master Stylist.

I’ve been going to Rachel for my haircut and color for over a year and I’m honestly so so grateful to have found her. My hair has never looked so shiny and smooth and the color is so beautiful even as a rich dark brown is always luminous and reflective. I like my hair cut straight in the back but she cuts layers around the face that are literally so seamless I can wear it straight and the layers just create this beautiful seamless framing of the face appearing as one length or I can curl the ends and it’s a beautiful bouncy layered look. She just knows instinctively exactly how hair naturally falls and how to create the most effortless model hair look. I highly recommend booking with Rachel she really is incredibly talented and an absolute treasure.

Hands down this is the best salon in Dubai ! Both Ritz Carlton and Al Wasl road salons have provided excellent beauty services since 2008 . I love the ability to have my hair coloured, receive a manicure and eyebrow threading during the same visit .Natalie my hairdresser is the best colourist and stylist in the region. I love the girls who do my mani or pedi, waxing and eyelashes ( Opalyn , Pratima or Ellen) . Professional, kind and just loving!When I walk into the salon , I feel like they are my extended family . I cannot begin to explain how beautiful I feel walking out of this place, every single time. Natalie is a hair goddess, she knows exactly what you want and the results are always so incredible. I can never believe its my hair on my head. I literally came from the USA for five days to Dubai and the first thing I did was take an appointment with Natalie, because it still wont compare to the best hair stylist anywhere else. And my eyebrows!! Theyre sisters finally! Haha. The lady who does the eyebrows has the smoothest hands, I always ask if shes there even if she can just do a few touch ups its still always worth it. I absolutely love this place; Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and make you feel like a friend instantly! May I add, I am extremely picky with who touches my hair :)

I’ve been getting my hair coloured, treated, cut and styled by Charlotte for well over a year now and I could not recommend her and the salon enough. I don’t trust many people touching my blonde hair but I know I am always in safe hands and the results always come out perfect, and exactly how I picture in my head. Today, I had a fabulous experience at Pastels salon with Adam.Since past 8 years, I was colouring my hair dark brown, almost black but decided to go for a change.Adam understood perfectly what I want, adviced me what to do and explained me the whole process.After 4 hours, new colour, new hair cut and myself walking like a gazelle 😄, feeling beautiful!My husband’s reaction was priceless, too. Amazing customer service. Hair stylist Julian did my hair cut and Kerastraight treatment. Most recommended. He did the job with full dedication,great chat amazing results. He is so professional and expert. Will give you the right advice according to the hair type. Very vigilant and perfectionist. Cannot recommend Rachel at this salon highly enough! I had my hair coloured by Rachel here back in February. I had a full head of highlights, olaplex and a cut. Rachels work is exceptional - the colour she did (icey blonde) was incredible and she managed to get the exact tone I wanted while maintaining the health of my hair completely. The cut she did was was also fantastic - months later I am still getting compliments on both the cut and colour. Will be visiting again!

Jen at Pastels did an amazing job for my wedding hair and makeup. She listened carefully to what I wanted, and made it come to life beautifully. It lasted for more than 12 hours, and could have gone on longer. Everything was a breeze to remove because she is so skilled and careful about the products she uses. Loved Jen and will definitely call her next time I have a special occasion.

I have made the mistake of using other salons... Julian and the tram at Pastels rescued my hair. I feel amazing and am so grateful for their advice and excellent colour and styling. I must mention the hair wash... by far the best part of the experience. To be able to lie flat comfortably and have all the tension massaged away is just the begining of a 5 star experience.

Now, it’s more than a year gone from my first time meeting Sasha and Vesna, they helped me to find different styles for my hair and we have experimented with crazy colours for my hair from very blond to pink and to metallic purple. I was in shock as he also completely mistreated me and Im pregnant, which didnt mean anything to him at all.
