    Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I was thrilled with my facial Manicure, Pedicure, and bang trim. You can get all this done while you Netflix on your own screen with coffee bar and chocolate snack. I will be back for more services!

    I recently visited Level Up Gents Salon and had a great experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Acel, their receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming.     My 5th visit to this salon for a hair cut, hair colour dye, manicure, pedicure, facial waxing and massage. What an amazing salon. Every visit was met with kindness and this has been consistent throughout. The atmosphere and environment was fantastic, clean, modern and spacious. Ever so relaxing and the staff ever so warm, friendly and welcoming. What is so different is the excellent services offered and the professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction. I very much like interacting with the staff. Some of the many staff you are likely to come across, Max, Joanne, Chris, Chaimaa, Ella, Carol and too many names to mention, but these are some of the many employees who went out of their way to make sure the service was excellent.     Level Up is surely my salon of choice for my regular haircuts. The salon is fresh, comfortable and relaxing. The staff always greet me with a coffee or a refreshing water. Hussam always does an amazing job for my haircuts. He is very careful, has a lot of attention to detail and simply always gets it right. And the hair wash and massage is soooooo relaxing!

    Tarek cut my hair and Joana and Judy did my mani pedi. The quality of service and attention to detail are very high. They set the bar for what I expect at a salon now. When I stepped in they offered a cold towel while I waited. Before the cut, my hair was shampooed. Tarek did an excellent job at cutting my hair and we had some good conversation. I was then given another shampoo and head massage before Tarek styled my hair. Afterwards Joana and Judy gave me a nice mani pedi and I got advice on what to do in Dubai. Great experience overall. Ill definitely return to this place for the next time I find myself in Dubai.
