The place is so clean, neat and organized. The ladies are all so professional, welcoming and super friendly! They really know what they are doing and ensure guest satisfaction. I did both Manicure and Pedicure and my special ladies did AMAZING! Ladifatou and Laxshimi were extremely extremely good with me. I did my hair with a lady called wafa2 she’s very good she does the hair in a way that lasts 2 days which I never experienced before here because my hair usually lasts a day or 2. She is very nice and will listen to what u want to do.

Casa Rio is such a find within the JVC area — it’s a one stop shop. I came in for a manicure with Queen & ended up staying all day! My manicure was stunning & Queen did an amazing job making sure my nails were healthy, protected & perfectly painted. Next up I did the Moroccan Bath service with Sawera. I usually go to the Moroccan Bath at One & Only and honestly, this service was nicer because the massage table is much more private, the room is filled with steam the entire time & the products are top tier. Sawera was a gem to work with as well. Finally, I got a massage with Sadia. The massage was super relaxing and I loved all of the options for relaxing and relieving oil blends. It’s so rare to find a salon that truly does everything, I couldn’t recommend them more!

I will put my review in detail, the place is really nice and clean , all the staff are sweet and lovely especially the waxing lady did a great job in waxing my half leg and hand and did my eyebrows really nice and smooth and manicure lady Kobita am not sure about the name was gentle and caring. I did a basic one without colorI did a bangs it was cool but the lady cut my hair smells like cigarettes and the hair was falling all over me but she was really nice and did the job.I hope they keep the good work not only at the beginning.

What a great find this salon is. My friend recommended it and I am coming over and over again to try all their services. Madam Mayssa is amazing. She is very professional and kind . I love the transformation she made for my hair. All the ladies there are amazing to be honest. Make sure to ask for Safeera when you need a proper Moroccan bath and a good massage.

They accommodated us with a last minute wash and blow dry back in March before they even had their grand opening and then yesterday I went in for a paraffin mani and callus remover pedicure with Sawera and she did a wonderful job! Amazing customer service and extremely accommodating. Will be going again for future services with Sawera! Definitely make an appointment as they do get busy but they will still make sure to take care of you and not rush at all.

Very honest review! I’m living next to this salon, and was always just passing by, looking at their pretty interior. But today, I needed a simple nail polish change, and OMG guys, I was so impressed by their service. Everyone from receptions, who give you all the information without pushing, to each and every employee was so attentive to me! They do the best coffee, they smile genuinely and everyone is in a good mood. Mary Grace did my pedicure, so professional and most importantly fast, she is very good. After that I decided to wash my hair, and the hair master Latifa did a magic, no joke! The massage that she is doing is unforgettable!!! I recommend them both and definitely coming back to this place over and over again!

Istg this salon in JVC has made my life easier. I literally go there for everything. I went to a different salon first for bleaching because they had cheap prices but THEY RUINED MY HAIR. Hairdresser ‘Maisa’ salvaged it I swear. She did a treatment to bring back that live hood. She also cut away my dead ends without shortening my hair (I don’t know how she did it but she’s a genius), and she gave me retro haircut as well. I love this place. Gonna come back in a two months to touch my roots once they grow! Ahhhhh thank god
