    Received an amazing service today from Graziela.I came in early today for my appointment and she was with another client, she immediately acknowledged me and checked on her watch thinking that she might have overlooked the time. I told her not to worry and i decided to sit as i wait. While with another client, she made sure that i was comfortable and assured that shell be attending to me on time - which she actually did!The whole waxing eyebrow tinting and waxing process is an elevated experience since she is pleasant and did the whole process perfectly. She did not miss the patch check, plucked my eyebrows carefully and shaped them the way i wanted to ... everything was just right.Great job, Graziela!     I had received a birthday voucher for Benefit brow bar eyebrow tint and waxing service. I was so very happy I availed of it at the Dubai Festival City store.Graziela attended to me- she kindly made time for me even though it was the weekend. She put me at ease from the get go with her friendly demeanour and she answered all my questions regarding the process since it was the first time tinting for me. She was super hygienic and careful to not cause pain. I appreciated that she walked me through the perfect shape for my brows and confirmed before going ahead with the waxing. The tint she chose was also a very natural look so that it looked good and was easy to accept for the first time I got my brows tinted. I liked the service so much that I also opted for upper lip waxing and had a fun time choosing more items to shop for. She was generous with her time and recommendations.
