Had the face-to-face review with Dr Sajid the following day and corrected all the imbalances through IV drip.The service is impeccable and the hospital is immaculately clean. Their aseptic technique is top notch.The staff are ever so polite and goes above and beyond.Medstar Hospital is highly recommended without a doubt! I had teeth whitening done by Dr. Pooja Sathe. My experience was excellent. The staff were great, facilities were state of the art, and the dentist was outstanding. She genuinely cares about her patients and made me at ease by kindly explaining what was going on right throughout. Honestly, the best dentist I had ever met. The nurse assisting the doctor was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I could not ask for the ladys name. But if the management reads this, please pass my compliments to her and Dr. Pooja.This update is overdue by a couple of months. I went for a follow up consultation and teeth cleaning after a year and the experience was just as good as the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dr. Pooja and Ms. Roja remembered me even after a year. Overall, an excellent experience once again. I should also stress on the importance of follow up consultations. If youre reading this review, please do yourself the favour of visiting for follow ups at least annually.

OMG... I dont even know where to begin :-) from the second I entered the door the 2x gentleman assistant me with the valet parking - I was in pains and didnt have the patience to look for parking. Reception desk the Filipino lady was so amazing and greeted with a smile. The place was VERY CLEAN this BLOW ME AWAY A VERY BIG STAR from ME. All the staff members greet you with a smile, they look positive and happy to serve people. The service was amazing they had to register me on the system since it was my first time they checked my weight, height, bp etc they even asked about my allergies for them to log in on the system. I must say I was very impressed. NOW lets GO to my HERO Dr.Radhika I received so much good information and felt so well cared for, she listens then she advice. She took me from step A to Z and I understood everything for the first time I visited a Doctor. She had time for me and didnt rush on her work - she gave me all the advice I needed and recommend I do my blood test & X-tray which really did help. After my appointment I was given instruction sheet for self-care Im speechless.Pharmacy staff pleasant people making you feel better even when you are in pains. Great Experience with MEDSTAR HEALTHCARE, I wish all the doctors and clinics work the way MEDSTAR HEALTHCARE do. Then later that day Dr.Rashika picks up something on my scans and contacts me to share information, I met up the next day thinking what an amazing human being. NOT ONLY that Dr. Radhika communicates with me 4days after to check up on me AT THIS POINT Im thinking Dr.Radhika YOU ARE OWESOME in and out. We went exactly at 1920 hours and were back in my car in 20 minutes after all the procedures and the vaccine. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Abrar A. Khan at the Obesity clinic who took me through the program and the benefits along with detailed tests and measurements that were done. The process was very simple and so was the routine designed. I have now lost more then 30 pounds in 4.5 months and continue to do so by following the routine. I would highly recommend the program to anyone as it is based on medical principles as opposed to a fad diet.

Wonderful Experience!I had been to Medstar Aesthetic & Multi- Speciality Centre for Covid-19 vaccine. The Day Surgery Centre has a wonderful setup and welcoming ambience, making you feel positive in the first stage itself. I had an impacted molar that was surgically extracted by Dr.Indraniil who is extremely professional and thorough with the procedure. Im usually very nervous about visiting a dentist, but Dr. Indraniil was amazing.He made me feel at ease and completed the entire procedure with minimum discomfort or pain.There was very little swelling and pain post surgery.In fact , I felt no need to take any pain killer on the very second day after the procedure.Even the nurse assisting the doctor was very helpful and friendly.I am highly impressed by their service and attention.The cherry on the topping was periodic follow up over the phone by the doctor personally .The hospital is very well equipped. The staff at reception are very courteous and friendly. The X ray before the procedure was completed very quickly.Overall, I will rate my experience at the hospital as Exemplary!

Thanks God i called MEDSTAR spoke to a very polite and professional lady called Dana n the next day i visited the facility a very welcoming staff at the receiption specially Dana and super clean medical center with all modern facilities. I met Dr Shailash and after i gave him all the details/history he examined me and told me not to worry and adviced me some medicines/tablets and a diet plan. Alhmdulillah after his medicines/advices using them for few days i felt improvement in the pain n the size of the piles (external). I really pray always for his long life and good health . This was my first experience with Medstar clinic and I believe it was the right decision to come here. At age 10, my daughter was diagnosed with Alopecia areata , a condition of severe hairfall and spot baldness. For the first 2 years , we tried homeopathy, with batras clinic who claimed to be the best in treating this condition. Unfortunately Batras didnt work for my child. As a last resort, we approached Dr. Raji Chandran, a homeopathic practitioner with Medstar who did the right diagnosis and provide the correct treatment. Under his treatment, my child had an awesome recovery within a year.Dr. Raji is professional, knowledgeable in his field and with my personal experience, I highly recommend him.
