    I came through a friend’s recommendation and I can say one thing, with all the doubts I had about whether I am doing the right thing.     Dr Maha and Joann are an amazing Duo! The results halfway through my IPL laser treatment with 2 sessions is already showing visible results. I’m getting lots of compliments too..     I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Maha Abou Zeid (after a lot of research), and I cannot praise her enough for her incredible professionalism and care. Although my initial visit was for aesthetic purposes, Dr. Maha was the first to truly pay attention to my skin condition, which I had struggled with since childhood. After years of unsuccessful diagnoses, she identified and prioritized treating my rosacea before any aesthetic procedures, something no one else had done.Her ethical approach and attention to detail stand out. Dr. Maha took her time to thoroughly assess my condition and devised a thoughtful six-month treatment plan, emphasizing patience as key to achieving the best results. Unlike other doctors, she was cautious with my permanent fillers, insisting on an MRI before proceeding with any treatments. This thoroughness and care make her truly trustworthy.I have already started treatments such as Sculptra, VIora IPL for pigmentation, exosomes, photorejuvenation, and Liftera, along with medications for my rosacea.     I am currently undergoing a treatment for acne and hyperpigmentation from Dr. Hanadi. Dr. Hanadi is very experienced and knows exactly what treatment is required. She also explains each and every step of the treatment in a detailed way, so that we know exactly what is to be expected after each session.     Today is my fifth session for full legs laser, I bought package when they had eid offer buy 4 get 4 free and its worth it, my hair growth is almost zero and with every session we increase number of weeks...with this clinic I am highly satisfied, they are very professional and always try to make you at ease, appointments are hard to reschedule so make sure you dont miss any appointment. Nurses are very helpful and guide with whole process, I never felt like they are trying to sell me anything like some other clinics in Dubai. Highly recommended.

    I went to Kaya dealing with acne, scars, and just overall super dull skin. After meeting several other doctors I finally met Dr Maha. She is the only doctor Ive felt so comfortable sharing my concerns and insecurities with, and she truly cares! Firstly, she is the BEST at face fillers. It was my first time getting any kind of fillers so I was a little nervous, but Dr Maha knew EXACTLY what to do with me and also kept it looking completely natural! Also, all the treatments she suggested not only helped with my acne, but my skin is actually sooo much brighter and fresher now. I have completely stopped getting any new breakouts, and now I only have some more scars left which Im sure should get even better in the coming months with a couple more treatments.

    Professional and caring staff. Just had my first session yesterday with Karuna who made sure to make me feel comfortable guiding me throughall the process. Will update about results later.Update - I forgot to update after each session but yesterday was the 8th visit and I wanted to share my experience.In general, results are great. Karuna did 7 of 8 laser sessions, she made sure I understood what was going on making me feel safe at all times. The process could become a bit painful in some areas -not as bad as waxing-, specially as the intensity of the laser increases, there could be some discomfort after but it would depend on your skin I think and how you take care of it after (they guide you on this too).The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner.Thank you Karuna.

    Loved the ambience and service. The new kaya facility in barsha has a very relaxing environmemt. I did a detox facial with Donna and I totally loved it! Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you Kaya.
