    I recently had a fantastic experience at Hortman Clinics, and I’m so glad my friend recommended it! Finding a great doctor in Dubai can be tough, but Dr. Natalia (dermatologist) was truly wonderful. She took the time to explain everything in detail and suggested a treatment plan that really worked for me. I also want to mention the reception team, who were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help – especially Maria, who made my visit extra pleasant with her warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend this clinic to all my friends!

    My husband recommended this place to me after having a hair transplant with Dr. Sezgin, as he was very pleased with the results.I absolutely love this clinic! I’ve had numerous treatments here, including laser hair removal, various dermatology facials, and skin treatments with Dr. Anna, as well as different pigmentation treatments with Lana, and other facial services. I’m truly impressed with their services.The customer service is outstanding. The receptionist, May, is always welcoming and friendly. From the moment you arrive at the tower, you’re greeted warmly, with someone ready to assist you at the ground floor. They offer free valet parking and a variety of healthy, fresh juices to welcome you. The decor is clean, organized, and beautifully designed.I highly recommend this place!

She explained each procedure thoroughly, and both she and the nurse ensured my comfort throughout.     I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kinan Bonni at Hortman Clinic! I went for a check-up and teeth cleaning, and everything was handled wonderfully.     I went for the first time on Valentine’s Day and got a glass skin facial. Aesthetician Danielle provided the best facial I’ve ever had. She’s super friendly and super professional.     I entered this clinic by chance for a teeth cleaning and I met the best dentist in 39 years. She advised me to put two veneers and two crowns to make my smile better. I have always been against this type of intervention even though I had a serious diastema problem because the results always look like fake teeth and unnatural. Dr. Zainab explained the procedure to me very well and I trusted her. The result was an incredible success and satisfying.     I can’t recommend Hortman Clinic and Andreea Paval enough! After a disappointing experience with a hair transplant that left me with a noticeable FUT scar, I decided to embrace the shaved look. However, the scar at the back of my head was still a concern. That’s when I discovered micropigmentation, and after just three sessions over 2-3 weeks, Andreea worked her absolute magic. The scar is now barely noticeable, blending so naturally that it’s hard to tell it was ever there.Andreea’s work completely exceeded my expectations—I was impressed by the results I saw on her website and Instagram, but seeing it in person is even more incredible. Friends and family have been amazed by the transformation, and I genuinely believe that had I known about micropigmentation earlier, I would never have considered a hair transplant in the first place.On top of Andreea’s exceptional skills, the Hortman Clinic itself is outstanding. Their facilities are top-notch, and every staff member was professional and welcoming from start to finish.     I really love Hortman clinics. I highly recommend Dr. Karem. He and his team are very knowledgeable and skillful! I suffer from rosecea and other skin issues and after starting my treatments with Dr. Karem my skin has never looked better!     I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hortman Clinics! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—plus, their coffee game is on point (seriously, who knew a clinic could have such good coffee?).The real MVP, though, was Andreea Paval, my Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) artist. Let me tell you, she turned what could have been a painful ordeal into an unexpectedly fun adventure. Andreea is not just talented; she’s a magician with ink and an all-around amazing human being. If you’re considering SMP, she’s the one you want in your corner.Oh, and did I mention the prices? Completely reasonable, which is rare for something so high-quality. Basically, at Hortman, you can have your cake, eat it too, and still afford the uber ride home. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m so happy to give this feedback that the Dr. Sezgin and team Ms.Sajida, Mr. Liyaqat, Mr.Max did a great job, zero pain, very carefully and safely. Time to time asking my feedback about the pain and continuing the surgery. Now in 4 months I have good results in my hair growth and I’m continuing my prp with the same Dr & team.It’s worth mentioning during my treatment in the month of Ramadan.     I was astonished by the way Hortman clinic handled me from the start till the end. Unbelievable friendly and very knowledgeable agent who received my call, SvetLana, who I thought she might be a cosmetologist or someone who has a great knowledge about her clinic and the work of the machines and treatments to be used. The way she took me through the process till the end in a very knowledgeable way.Dr. Nataliya a very professional who knew exactly what is required to be done for her patient. I was surprised on how she explained and required for me to be done in an honest non-commercial way.     The experience at Dr. Rebeccas clinic was one above expectations.     Today I had the most amazing facial ever with Jeanine. After a quick skin assessment , she decided to proceed with a deep cleansing, extraction and masks. All those processes were executed in such a professional and different ways from the ones I had before. I felt in the best hands ! While I was having the mask under Led she massaged my arms and hands, just heaven! Not only my skin if finally glowing but I also enjoyed a real treat!     World class experience here from the moment you message them. Hanan took such care of me, coordinating everything with such care and kindness. She worked 24/7 to make sure I was okay and had all information. As for the surgeon, Dr John Shamoun… I’ve never known anything like it. The care he showed even to the point of staying by my side in the operating theatre and calming my nerves. His work is unbelievable, recovery seamless and his kindness profound.

    I visited Dr. Neha for a cavity that needed filling and to say that I had the best experience is an understatement.She took me through the diagnosis process with such detail and attentiveness and made me feel super comfortable for the procedure given that I have a massive fear of needles.     It has been while since I started getting help from psychologist Tuna. She recently joined Hortman Clinics which serves premium service to their client. While waiting for my session, I had a chance to enjoy with my coffee in waiting area. I was stuck between many different events from my childhood, never at peace with myself and constantly struggling in toxic relationships. Since two years, so much has changed about myself and my life, thanks to the many awareness I have created in my view of myself, my environment and life. One of the most important things I understood in this process is that if at some point you are constantly struggling with the same problems and cannot overcome it yourself, which I could not achieve until my thirties alone; It is the best decision to seek help within your means.     I went to see Dr Anna at Hortman Clinic. Ive been seeing Dr Anna for quite some time now for botox, fillers and other treatments. I honestly have to say, she is the best Ive seen in the UAE. Ive lived in the UAE for 14 years now and have seen over a dozen different Drs in skin care and beauty treatment. Dr Anna takes her time and gives honest feedback. She also gives you the best advice possible within your budget. She doesnt over push or over sell any product. Any treatment you Do decide to use, she really makes sure you get the results youre looking for. Its actually a relief to get treatment from a woman that truly cares to make you happy with how you look and not constantly over sell in clinic products. Ive been to enough clinics that over push and its annoying. If yourer looking for someone who takes their time and will give you great results, I highly recommend seeing Dr Anna at Hortman.     I really can’t describe how happy I am with the clinic, from the reception team who always welcomes you with a warm smile, the management and then the clinical team! Everyone is there with the same goal, to make us feel relaxed and beautiful. I have been seeing Joanine for a few months now and I have always been hesitant to do anything to my face. But in her hands I am like putty - do as you please! The results are amazing my skin is smoother, the complexion is more even, and my dark spots are a thing of the past!     Superb VVIP! Clinic staff are very nice and helpful specially the receptionists. Doctors are very knowledgable in what they do and they are not pushy. Very clean restrooms surprisingly with Hermes handwash. Best thing they have all these complimentary drinks I love their coffee.
