The dermatologist, Dr. Joana, was incredibly sweet and answered all my questions in great detail, emphasizing the importance of skincare and recommending only the necessary treatments. The clinics ambience is luxurious, reminiscent of a place where celebrities would frequent. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a delightful fragrance, and the staff were consistently kind and accommodating. One even offered me a cappuccino after my consultation, which I enjoyed in their cozy Este Cafe area while waiting for my taxi.Though the rates are on the higher side, the results showcased on their social media pages prove the treatments are worth every penny. They even provided me with a discount, which was a pleasant surprise. Im looking forward to returning next month for my treatment. Excitement is an understatement!

I visited Este Medical Group because I was struggling with hair loss, which had a big impact on my confidence. I used to spend 20,000 a year on hats because they became part of my identity people even recognized me by them. Unfortunately, wearing hats only made my hair loss worse.I wasn’t sure if hair transplants were even possible for women until I discovered Este Medical Dubai. They use one of the most advanced techniques in the world, the robotic DHI method. Before the transplant, I underwent two months of preparation treatments, which were absolutely essential. My hair loss stopped, and my hair became noticeably stronger.When the transplant day finally arrived, everything was handled so professionally. The team, made up of skilled experts from Turkey, exceeded my expectations. The process was much easier than I had imagined. For the first 10 days after the procedure, I visited the clinic for my hair washing sessions, and every step was managed with great care.I’m now in my second month and continue to visit weekly for follow-up treatments. From the first consultation with Mariam who explained everything so well to the surgery a few days ago, everything has lived up to the 7 star experience.The clinic has a great luxury environment with plenty of parking outside and the equipment is second to none.I chose this clinic as they have the Robotic DHI machine- the only one in Dubai which allows for more hair grafts placed more accurately to give a natural look.The team who undertook the preparation and surgery are amazing - they really care about getting the best result - a team of doctors and nurses work all day to get you the best result. They clearly are professionals who are very experienced in what they do. Also, everyone is so warm and friendly and makes you feel at ease.The aftercare experience has been great - truly a level of care which is worth paying the price for.Looking forward to the full results in a few months!

I had the DHI robotic procedure in September 2024 and everything went smoothly.Several weeks before the procedure I had several treatments sessions which were done to prepare the implant area.During the day of the implant there was very little pain during anesthesia and then I haven’t felt any pain during the extraction and implant.The aftercare has been amazing. After the implant I am coming regularly to perform all the treatments and checkups.The clinic in Dubai is of a very high standard and the staff is brilliant .I must say that Este medical in Dubai is one of the best I have seen.So far the results are very good and I am seeing good hair growth. Decision to get a hair transplant procedure carried out was a lengthy process. However, after my consultation with Este Medical Group my decision was made, their processes, facilities, expertise and professionalism was head any shoulders above their competitors. My journey started at the Este facility in Edinburgh where for a two month period they took care of my pre-treatment prior to my surgery. During this phase I had a weekly visit where I was welcomed and taken care of on a one to one basis. My surgery was carried out in Dubai. The Este clinic in Dubai is impressive it has the latest technology and is clinically clean, staff are friendly and always had the feeling that I was their most important asset. I received the robotic DHI procedure which was an 8 hour process where the surgeons and their team worked tirelessly on me providing the greatest attention to detail and professionalism. After the procedure there was visible swelling of the head for a two period with the pain threshold minimal. I stayed in Dubai for one week after the procedure, I was picked up by the driver ever day taken to the clinic for hair wash and general after care which again the attentional to detail is commendable. During and after the surgery the CEO Sam Cinkir took time out of his busy schedule to meet and liaise with me which I thought was a personally touch that not many companies offer you. At the time of writing this review I am continuing my after care at the Este facility in Edinburgh where the staff are exited as I am to monitor and see the result. I strongly recommend anyone who is considering a hair transplant to look no further than Este Medical Group, I cannot praise their company work ethic enough with a special mention to the staff who all play their part with passion and commitment.

I have been trying to take care of myself mostly from the inside but doing external treatments is what really made a huge improvement right away. Both are equally important. Will follow her monthly suggested protocol now. Love all their staff too, very caring and friendly. It’s a beautiful and big clinic. I couldnt be more happy with the professionalism and care for detail at the clinic. Normally Im hesitant from nature, but the way Andy has taken care of me from beginning till end is phenomenal. Shes also keen on doing everything very naturally which suits my style and concern a lot. I trust her. This was important for me. So far we did the moxie laser and microneedling with exozomes. My skin looks fresh and my sun damage is already way less.

I have undergone a Robotic DHI hair transplant at Este Medical Clinic in Dubai. The procedure was chosen from thorough research and recommendation from my sibling.After thorough research into the type of transplant offered; I have gone ahead for a number of reasons.The first and most important reason is that it incorporates the revolutionary DHI ROBOTIC transplant method, which has a night and day success rate compared to the traditional manual Turkey method.The second most important reason is the companys reputation in the industry! I have travelled all the way from the UK for this specific method as Este has an exemplary reputation and state of the art equipment.The surgeons who perform the transplant are industry credited with extensive experience - (Ive researched each of them!).The customer service is also fantastic. The owner and founder Sam saw me off after the surgery and has been checking in on me every day whilst visiting the clinic for washes. Sam is an expert in this field and takes pride in ensuring the entire process is seemless and that you get the results promised/desired.In terms of the transplant itself, I will not sugarcoat pain-free as its not initially. Its uncomfortable when the numbing anaesthesia is injected however, after several minutes, its completely pain-free.During surgery, if any pain is felt in a particular area where numbing hasnt reached, you can advise the surgeon, and they will immediately apply some more, which is great.The first night is slightly uncomfortable but not drastic as you have to sleep in a particular upright posture on your back. It was effortless for me as I usually sleep on my back. This is to manage the swelling and ensure healthy blood flow. A neck pillow is provided to help elevate your head and protect the recipient area from rubbing.Plenty of medicine is provided; anti-swelling - pain-killers - anti-itch - antibiotic.Itching started around 3 days in for me, but part of the package also includes a misting spray to help moisturise the scalp. From research, I found itching to be normal and an expected part of the healing process, so I wasnt alarmed.I would certainly recommend resting for a few days and this isnt because of the pain; its to ensure your grafts have a healthy recovery and your hair growth has no detrimental effect from exercising, sun exposure, stress etc..Id definitely recommend to anybody wanting a hair transplant to do their research, and it will most likely lead you to the Robotic DHI with Este in Dubai. Este is the only clinic within Dubai (maybe even the entire Middle East) to have the Robotic DHI equipment.

Excellent experience, did a maximum 6270 grafts with the robotic hair trastplant in Dubai clinic, in one day. Fantastic crew, top quality service and equipment. Everything documented properly. The best investment ever.The day started at 9:00 am where we started preparing for the procedure. Blood samples were taken, blood preasure measured. Lots of photos and then drawing the lines. Took a relaxation pill and went for the hair folicles extraction. Afer that I had a king size lunch and then head for the implantation. All took 5-7 hours. Dr Keyana was absolutely brilliant. Her pleasant demeanor and positive vibes made me feel at ease immediately. It was my very first procedure ever at 50 years of age and have been terrified to let anyone touch my face (several attempts) until now. The only reason I gathered the courage to finally try Botox was because of my horrible migraines. I have not been able to sleep because of the constant pressure on my forehead, eyes and neck. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by her wonderful staff and instantly felt at ease and comfortable. Once Dr Keyana thoroughly explained the procedure she not only provided clear information but explained that she was not the right person for migraine shots, but if I was willing to try Botox it might (50/50) help with the pressure on my face and head. Well, let me tell you she did not disappoint. Not only did I agree Botox, I let her work on my entire face with fillers and she worked on my cheek spider veins too. The best part of this is, when I went to bed that night after the procedure, I slept like never before. The pressure on my head and face was gone. Was an absolutely wonderful experience. Meltem, Merve and cagla and nurses jasmine - sunanda were very caring and supportive. They made my experience very comfortable and showed a lot of care .. The clinic is very well equipped and staff and doctors are very well qualified .
