    It was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. They took thorough care of our needs and provided exceptional services. Dr. Samir is one of the few doctors who explains the whole treatment and it’s pros and cons. He is very amicable and an expert in his field. It was my first visit but I am going to be a loyal customer and a regular visitor from now onwards

    Went for laser hair removal on full body - legs, arms and underarms. Christine and the receptionist were lovely to deal with - knowledgeable, welcoming and polite! I also did soft laser for finer and lighter hairs which I recommend. They were very quick to respond to messages on Instagram and WhatsApp which was so helpful when traveling/ you don’t have a UAE sim card. Thanks for everything!! Will be back for sure 🤩🤩

    Had an amazing Laser Hair Removal experienced.The laser therapist is very professional with what she is doing.     Words can’t describe how happy I’m. Dr. Samir is really God given doctor!!! I have been in many expensive clinics in Dubai but nothing helped until I had treatments with Dr. Samir. After one treatment for acne scars result is just waoooo, outstanding! Thank you Zain clinic, would definitely meet again.

    I will not recommend this place . Did skin treatment for my friend here and there is no improvement .when we asked the Dr , it was told to repeat the same again and pay again. They just washed away that if there is no improvement they can’t do anything on it . Irresponsible answer never expected.In response to the below , I don’t want to comment further. I have given 5 stars for the Dr now as he had the courtesy to call me back and invite to his clinic and tried to give a solution. Thanks Dr for the same and we are a bit scary for the co2 treatment and hence we opted out.I wish you all the best
