I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lana Kadir who performed a combination of treatments on me, including peeling, RF microneedling, and Polynucleotides for my under-eye area. Problem started when the filler blocked the vein and stopped the circulation in that part of the face, so from that clinic they sent me to Dr Hebaallah Abdallah and she dissolved the fillers and saved me from surgical intervention!

Not only has he fixed a complaint I came with but whats as equally important, he made me feel understood, comfortable and important. His professionalism, attention to details, care, approach is what makes a difference. Definitely will return to Dr. Carmelo. No doubt 5 full stars :)The clinic overall is very good, clean, hygienic with nice ambiance and standards. The only thing which slightly bothers me is lack of consistency in delivering service/customer service/quality. Ive taken few treatments so far and sometimes (majority of the time) the service is excellent, and I mean across the board; from reception, thru management, ending with doctors, however sometimes its completely opposite (sadly also across the board) and hence 4 stars instead of 5.I was on the edge of ending my relationship with this clinic. However as mentioned, Dr. Carmelos approach changed my experience and decision.I guess as in every place there are the great and the not so great people/employees/experiences.
