    I had a great experience at the salon! Ginalyn did an amazing job on my gel manicure, paying attention to detail. Kit gave me a relaxing regular pedicure, and Jo was professional and quick with my eyebrow, upper lip, and Brazilian waxing. All three were friendly and skilled. Highly recommend!

    Ive been going to The Nail Spa at Ibn Battuta for 6 years because the spa experience there is amazing, relaxing and welcoming.The therapists who stand out are the massage therapist Kit, who is the best masseuse Ive ever had anywhere in the world. Kit is so responsive to the clients needs and preferences, and goes above and beyond.Also, the nail therapist Rubella is so thorough and precise and always gives me a beautiful gel manicure. Shes patient with me in choosing my nail color and applying my nail stones exactly how I want them.Cant recommend this spa and these ladies enough! A+ service.

    I have been a patron for 20 yrs at Ibn Battuta branch. The team of fully trained & professional staff have always been the reason I go back. I have Anna & Genalyn for nails, Jo & Yen for my waxing & threading. I have also been serviced by Kit & Betsy. I have never had a complaint with their work. Ms Anne the Supervisor is professional & accommodating & never fails to assist and resolve any minor requirements. I love my time at TNS IBN . The staff & me enjoy some good laughs & they know when I need to just enjoy the quiet. I would recommend this team anytime & everytime. Enjoy!

    I’ve been in Dubai for 2 decades and have probably tried every large chain nail salon and The Nail Spa and its staff always deliver. Every technician is polite and professional and I’ve had very little cause to ask for tweaks or corrections. They always worked hard to accommodate any changes in scheduling I may need which is super appreciated since the days and weeks can get away from you in a moment. Shout out to my girl Ana for her service and calm energy! The privacy curtains are a nice touch too! Thanks ladies for all you do!

    I had such a great experience here today again! I went in for a foot spa and massage and the therapist Ritah, did such an amazing job and honestly my feet were like baby’s feet and relaxed to the max! Super happy with her pro services👍🏻She is also very humble and sweet❤️The place itself looks very cute and chill and the staff there was very polite, they treat you with a nice cup of tea or coffee too🤗For sure I’ll return there again and I happily recommend Miss Ritah!🙂
