    Ombre Salon, DSO.Been here twice as I have fallen in love with their warm hospitality and resplendent ambience.Starting with the adroit Manager Ms Anu, who will brainstorm you through the best packages to suit your needs and manage your appointment effortlessly. Then a very Special mention to my Manicurist Ms Ajita, she is a Wondergurl, full of talent and acuity with uber dextrous hands. She had done a fabulous gelish the 1st time which brought me back to her the 2nd time. I challenged her with a broken nail and she fixed the extension so artistically that absolutely no one is able to find the odd man out. SHE IS THE BEST... even Gagan is super with her gelish manicure(she had done for my sister). Also Ms Saima who tended to my face has painstakingly given full justice to the time. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH OMBRE SALON, DSO and suggest all to visit. I assure you, its worth every penny spent and You would develop patronage as I have there..!BEST SALON ! BEST MANICURIST - AJITA - YOU ROCK !

    I love this Salon. All the staffs are very professional and customer service oriented. For people who are new in Salon world, professionals of Ombre Salon will take best care of you. Their advice will be on customers interest and not just for their profit as I have experienced in some salon. I have done Gel Mani Padi using Groupon and without as well, regardless their services have remained impeccable. All technicians as very professional and know what they are doing. Babita and Purva did my nails 💅 and so beautifully. Not only that their hair services are also good, cutting and blowout. Jyoti did my hair and this is the second time and it looks fabulous 💇‍♀️ she is also an expert in waxing (very little ouchy 🤭). Over all place is well equipped and staffs are very welcoming and with good communication skills. The building extra parking space which is free and convenient. For me this place is a gold as even the prices are reasonable.

    Good salon in this area.I like my new look after the balayage, I opted for shades of 5 and 6. My hair stylist MS Saima was very professional in her work and had a good attitude. Overall staffs were happy and cheerful!

    I visited ombre salon awhile ago for a haircut, and overall, I was really impressed with the experience.I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and didn’t have to wait long before being taken to my chair which immediately put me at ease. My stylist, Asma, took the time to listen to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. They really seemed to know what they were doing and had great attention to detail.The haircut itself was exactly what I asked for—precise and flattering. The blowout afterward was great too—sleek but still natural-looking.Would definitely return and recommend it to others.

    Had a good time in ombre salon DSO, clean salon. Clean equipment, nice and helpful receptionist.I had gel manicure and classic pedicure by Sabita and Rose. They chose the nail color for me as I have short nails.Followed by Jyoti did full body wax, she did it fast and tried to make conversation with me to ease the pain.

She is always friendly and very professional in her work .I have had my hair coloured, highlighted, and also had few protein treatment and Olaplex done.     This salon has been my go to salon in dso. Been here many times for different services. I had a requested for a last minute service that takes hours and this salon has been open to accommodate me . They had been patient to explain the correct treatment that will suit my hair. This time I had taken protein treatment with Jyothi. She is very friendly and has provided a good service for me. Overall a good experience everytime I come to this salon. Their packages are affordable as well.

    I got my hair cut and blow dry and it was amazing! Saru was the one who did it and she was wonderful and so kind, my hair turned out so nice and she was so open to listen to my suggestions and kept asking me questions regarding length while cutting my hair. She made sure it came out the way I expected it and was soo great at cutting and blow drying my hair!! Definitely recommend getting your hair cut with Saru, she is lovely.

    I went to Ombre Salon to do a keratin treatment and I’m very pleased with the results. Saru (my stylist) was extremely patient and gave me a lot of info on after care. I had some terrible highlights done elsewhere a few weeks earlier (so I was feeling a bit apprehensive) and she managed to blend them pretty well with the new ones to correct them.     I have been to this salon various times and have taken up the Groupon voucher often. i was in dire need of hair services and booked an appointment a day prior. i also informed the lady on the phone that i had a Groupon voucher. i reached on time and once done with my service, i gave my voucher to which the lady at the counter said was not usable as today, being the 24th of Dec, was a PUBLIC holiday. i was taken aback. im sorry but we live in the UAE and no 24th Dec is NOT a public holiday, nor is 25th Dec. the country is respectful towards those celebrating xmas and so companies give them off. again, it is NOT a ‘Public Holiday’. when i told her today was in noway a public holiday, she insisted twice and then said, ‘okay i will take your voucher’. Lady, you are not doing me any favours, the voucher was paid for and i made the appointment in advance AND informed of the Groupon voucher too.on a side note, Saru did an excellent job on my hair. didnt go over the top yapping away in my ears, which is always a blessing.Ombre Salon, please have better informed assistance at your desk.my 3 stars are for Saru’s amazing job on my hairthe other stars were lost due to lack of knowledge and misleading a customer.

    I did my casmara facial with Ms jyoti today. Highly recommended as she has magical hands with the massage . She was very friendly and committed and highly professional.     Nice salon in DSO, this was my 3rd visit to salon for hair toning, hair spa, roots and gels. Jyoti did wonderful job on hair toning and roots. She is very welcoming and takes good care of her customers. This is my first time doing hair spa, so I will wait for sometime before I share my feedback on hair spa. Other girls did nice job on my nail too. Only thing bothered me, that I was not feeling much relexed while taking services as girls were talking too much among themselves while giving services, I guess they had bit of arguments so one girl was completely off her mood who was doing my feet. I guess if they take care of this and keep it more professional, salon experience would be even much better. Clients wants to feel relaxed while taking services and don’t want to have any negativity.

    Great Salon! Jyoti always does an amazing job on my hair. She knew exactly what i wanted colour wise and matched the perfect colour for my hair. She is also very gentle with your hair and taking care not to snap while brushing.     I went to Ombré Salon for a wash, cut and blow dry and the results were fantastic. Saru was the staff member who did my service and she did such a wonderful job. The service was fast, comfortable and she was very helpful with doing my haircut in the way that suited my hair and face. Very friendly and helpful and overall professional. Would recommend.     I couldn’t find the colour i wanted, and the lady cut my cuticle and caused bleeding, and told me my skin is too sensitive. After all I still like the color i hope it wont get infected, they gave alcoholic bandages for the scar. Its a nice place but don’t forget to give them a double warning about not cut you and be gentle. They also did my eyelashes, they fall of after 1 week and for repair they get 150 more dirhems. So if you want eyelashes you should go there twice a month. I still get compliments about my lashes. Namaste 🧸🎀

The misunderstanding from my side was also addressed and cleared by the receptionist.I appreciate their effort and time.Today I went there for my hair Botox treatment, I’ve been there twice in past years for same service & other services as well.I liked the service that’s why I go there for my hair Botox every time.However, this time the staff was complaining about a bad start of the day ( ‘me being her first client). I understand that the treatment causes itching and redness in the eyes & sometimes the fumes causes coughing.I didn’t like the attitude of the staff as she kept mentioning how bad is her day coz it is causing her a headache.Last time the hairstylist wore double mask to avoid any issues, she could have done that too ( I did ask her to take a break and get a mask if she is not okay).Also, I have to wash my hair after 3 days, so I asked the stylist if Thursday I can wash.. she told me “ aapne karaya to hai pehle, aapko pata nahi hai kya ki kya karna hai” (you’ve taken this treatment before as well, don’t you know what to do).I mean there is no harm in just sharing all the dos and don’ts again, specially when I’m asking.The stylist looked so frustrated. Kept mentioning about her headache to all her colleagues.But otherwise the service was good and I like to see smiling faces which was the case with other staff members.

    I have been coming to Ombré salon for the last 3 years and have always left happy after the service. Sapna & Asma are very knowledgeable at hair related treatments & facials. Sapna has a magic hand when it comes to massage :) Rose and the other ladies at the pedicure station do a thorough job! Anu at the reception is super helpful in trying to accommodate last min requests! Even after moving away from Silicon I still to come this salon as they are great and value for money.

    Great services! I just had my hair cut and facial done at the Ombré salon DSO and really happy with the services. Saru did my hair and facial, she was really friendly, helpful and thorough with her job. My daughter also had her hair and facial done. They were really gentle with her facial and she enjoyed it too. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the services and will surely visit again.

    I had a wonderful experience getting my gel manicure and pedicure last Sunday at this salon. Pabitra & Bhawona did an amazing job! The entire staff was polite and had smiles on their faces.     Love love love this place. I had the best hair oil massage and the lady who cut my hair was so good. Initially I was apprehensive as I could see a fair amount being chopped off but she reassured me that the hair ends were weak and thin and therefore they needed to be cut for the hair to look healthy and for re-growth. Highly recommend this place

    Affordable and good service! I got highlights(without bleach), hair cut and blow dry from Jyoti Di and it came out amazing. She is great with hair styling annd cutting and I highly recommend her! Patricia and Paro are the best for manicure. Paro did a great job at cleaning and shaping my nails! Pedicure was equally great. I have sensitive skin so I had some trouble during waxing but Kirti and Suhani were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend💗

    Ive recently discovered Ombre salon and Im satisfied with their services so far. I havent tried any of the other treatments, I only go for eyelash extensions, but I have to say Miss Juma from Nepal has been my trusted technician who I always book. The lashes she builds last about a month, she pays attention to detail and always gets the job done efficiently and according to the clients wishes.

    Asma did such a good job! I’m truly satisfied with my hair. My hair was so damaged and was brassy with disastrous orange color before, and now I got this nice color. Booking was easy with whatsapp and I’m 100% going there again when I do next hair do!

    I discovered Ombre by just passing by 6 months ago and since this palour has been my regular now. The staff is amazing, always pay attention to detail.Their manicure & pedicure is perfect, they nail the shape perfectly every single time.During waxing I barely feel pain. The staff is so caring, gentle and clean.Also, got a haircut from Saima and she did a fantastic job!Would highly recommend this palour to everyone, super hygienic and friendly.MUST TRY, you will not regret it.

    Ive been here for a view treatments: lovely fruit facial and mani/pedis!! Ivebeen very satisfied each time!The salon is tucked away in Silicon Oasis and the first time I wasnt sure where to park, but there is parking in the building. The salon is accessed from the outside of the building and, if youre not looking for the salon, the very understated exterior signage can make you easily miss the entrance. All the ladies are friendly and professional and dont talk incessantly while receiving a treatment.There are scuff marks against some of the walls which could be washed off to make the overall salon look more cozy and professional.Overall I would definitely recommend their services!!
