If I could give this beyond 5 stars I really would. I met Florida almost 8 years ago when I was looking for a solution to the horrible extensions I had from another salon. I had tape in extension put in another place and the glue was all over my hair and the extensions were all tangled up. I felt like I was going to be bald because it was disastrous!I visited over 3 salons and they were all trying to untangle my hair but I could hear my hair ripping and couldnt handle the pain so would leave crying.I randomly entered Florida while sobbing on the phone to my mom and it was like an angel was sent from above.It took 4 hours to remove these extensions and from how bad they were I was left with bald spots especially on the right side near my ear there was no hair left just skin...KEEP in mind I have very thin hair to begin with.Florida then explained to me and suggested the right extensions for my hair and it was the first time in ages because the hair didnt feel like the plastic or hair that feels pretty for a while then gets messed. That was where I felt pretty again in that Barsha branch and 8 years later I would never think twice to look anywhere else.Please keep in mind I have been in dubai my whole life and I even followed this woman to Ajman branch cause I wasnt going to sacrifice my hair again.The moment I found out shes coming back to Dubai was like a blessing to me 😍After going through so much especially having very fine hair to begin with, when you find someone who gives you the right service and shows that not one size fits all you wouldnt even think twice of looking elsewhere.I remember when I was debating whether to relocate from the UAE the thought of oh god what about Florida crossed my mind lol I even planned a bi monthly trip in the process....If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would give it to you. I met Florida 8 years ago when I was looking to solve the terrible disaster that happened to me from another salon. I put the extension tape in another salon, and the tape completely covered my hair, and all the extensions were tangled. I felt like I would be bald because it was a disaster!I visited more than 3 salons and they were trying to untangle my hair, and I could hear my hair being torn and I could not bear the pain and get out of the chair.I randomly entered Florida while I was crying on the phone to my mother and it was as if an angel had been sent from above.It took me 4 hours to remove the excess and comb my hair, and because of how bad it was, I now have bald spots, especially on the right side of my ear, and there is no hair left but the skin...and I already have a lot of thin hair.Florida explained to me and suggested hair extensions that were suitable for my hair. This was the first time in a long time that my hair did not look like plastic or hair that looked beautiful for a while and then spoiled. This was the place where I felt beautiful again at the Al Barsha branch, and after 8 years I dont think twice about looking anywhere else.Keep in mind that I have been in Dubai all my life, but I still took her to the Ajman branch because I never cut my hair again..I remember when I was discussing whether I would move from the Emirates, I thought, Oh God, what will I do with my hair? I planned a trip every month and a half to visit it without thinking..

The best extension in the world, and the Vietnamese massage is amazing. It stimulates blood circulation and refreshes the hair. They are all Vietnamese products, and their smell is amazing. To be honest, the beauty of the salon and the patron of the salon are top notch in morals 😘
