We hosted our daughters 7th birthday party here and took the spa package. The team organised everything beautifully. The decorations, games, activities were all done as promised. All the kids had a great time and all parents were impressed with the arrangement. All in all a great place to host birthday parties for kids.

I recently chose Kidz Palooza for my daughter’s birthday. The place is perfect, just at the entrance of the mall, has a soft play area, an arts and crafts area, a lego station, role play section - a supermarket, kitchen and costumes. A big party room, a spacious parents’ cafe, and a fridge for the cake.The staff are amazing, fun, experts at birthdays and great with kids.The decoration was lovely and the disco party was the best surprise.10/10 for me and my 5 year old girl.

We celebrated our son’s 7th bday here and this place is amazing. Not only did the kids have a blast, even the parents(appx 20 ppl) loved the place. You only need to get your bday cake, rest everything else is managed by them. While the kids play in a safe supervised environment, the parents can enjoy their snacks, tea, coffee and juices in the comfortable and spacious sitting area. The bday party packages are quite reasonable and the area as a lot of entertainment to offer to kids- pottery, lego, canvas painting, pretend play, soft play area etc. quite unique from the standard packages i have seen at various play zones. their face painting artist is fabulous! The place is well kept, hygienic , colorful, its new and fresh, the staff is very friendly, co-operative and responsible. They take very good care of the kid’s safety as well as their enjoyment. From the point you enter till the time you leave you dont have to worry about anything!Gina the main coordinator there ensures your comfort at every point. Our guests were in awe of this place. 😊

Hidden gem! This is the most underrated kids play area, its a shame theres only one branch. There are all kinds of activities and toys so theres something for everyone. All the toys are high quality and very clean. Im surprised its not packed. Were definitely only bringing our kid here every time we visit Dubai.

We had the best birthday party ever for my son in KidzPalooza. The team was super professional and supportive. They took care of every single detail and were around the kids all the time, keeping them entertained and make sure they go through all the activities. It was very smooth and all the kids enjoyed and parents were very amazed. We selected Mario theme and they did literally everything more than expected even more than whatever they explained at time of booking. We loved it 😍Activities- Thank you host for engaging all kids in each activity, they had a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed a lot. Face painting was amazing. 🎨 💗At the end , I want to thanks whole team and kids palooza manager Jina Madam for supporting Umar every moment to make this happen. Nice place in ibn battuta mall for kids . They got playtime and few activities like painting on ceramic and canvas . There is a cafe as well which serves nice coffee . It’s right at the entrance so if you go to the closest parking you don’t have to walk through the mall . Staff is friendly and helpful.

3rd Birthday PartyWe just celebrated my sons 3rd birthday and Kidzpalooza today. This is a 5 star review and a huge thank you to Kidzpalooza staff.The venue, the organisation and most importantly the staff made the day perfect from start to finish. (We did not experience this quality elsewhere!!)The e-invite was beautifully designed! Shout out to the graphic designer.!!The face painting, /arm painting, had wonderfully skilled artistic staff, who made those little pictures sparkle !The play on arrival covered all likes. Dress up, lego blocks, super market, crafts, soft play with slides. Everyone was happy.We went with the painting party, which was adorably set up with cute easels and pre thought out pictures, which were labelled and brought to reception for ease of collection when guests were leaving.The games, party presenter and staff were on point. Welcoming all children, making the birthday boy shine with smooth movement from egg n spoon racing, to limbo, to freeze dancing.The food was brilliant as the guests got to decide in advance what they would like. Each choice was presented brilliantly with little labels, which made it a smooth process and was nice n tasty !!The goodie bag additions were adorable!! Right down to calling each person for their goodie bags. The party staff, managed all the presents smoothly, left over cake and food were all prepared for us.All staff were a pleasure to communicate with from the initial booking to our final goodbye. The staff were continuously efficient and caring. Parents praised our choice of venue as a hidden gem.Congratulations and thank you to the team at Kidzpalooza.

Amazing place to celebrate children’s birthday! We celebrated my son’s 5th birthday. We just had to show up with a cake. Everything was arranged. From set up to clean up to even arranging all the gifts in a cart ready for us to take to the car. Friendly staff and super helpful! All the kids had a blast. It was a very successful birthday party. Great place for under 7’s many activities for a fun 2 hour play date; soft play area, ceramic painting area etc with place for parents to sit and enjoy coffee too. We did our sons birthday here (twice now!) and its the most stress free party! They manage all kids activities, did games (pass the parcel, musical statues and others), decorated the lovely party room, gave out popcorn, did balloon bending, served drinks to parents, provided a healthy food selection and even managed the party bags! Best place for a party in Dubai. Has free ample parking plus it’s in the mall so convenient if you need groceries from Carrefour etc.

Clean and nice.. polite staff.. most of the time it’s quiet place so I love to bring my kids so they can play peacefully .. they have art area includes: play dough,coloring, painting and crafts. The market area: includes wooden frites and vegetables , wooden breads , wooden Dairy products. Block factory: kids can use block n creat their own toy. Arcade area. Actors area: kids can wear costumes of their favorite characters. And soft play area. There is cafe for food and drinks. Saloon for kids. At the reception there is little gift shop for little ones from nail polishes to organic hair products.

Its a new place opened in Egypt Court near the entrance gate . They charge 70 AED/ hr . Last time I visited it was not crowded and my son had plenty of place to move around. They have the many activities to do like legos , kids shopping centres where they get shopping list to shop from the shelves of the store . They also offer membership offers .They have a kids saloon and restaurant some more rooms . Visit and explore for yourself . Overall was good time spent . Recommended.

I just had the best kids salon experience as a mom. My son who has been terrified of getting his hair cut after two bad experiences sat through his haircut and didn’t even cry a tear thanks to Viktor’s gentle and friendly approach! Thanks Viktor. And all the staff at play area were lovely. This is the first time in 2.5 years I could sit and drink my coffee unhurriedly!

Kidzpalooza is one of the top best plays and party areas. Its so underrated that it deserves to shine, and every child should try this place. Your children will love to come back again, just like mine does!I wanted to book a party venue for celebrating my daughters 6th birthday 🎂, which would allow outside finger foods, free entries for parents, or the accompanying adult to have a comfortable place to sit & relax. I finally found it at Kidzpalooza, which had the best party theme varieties, a very customer friendly, passionate team, and they love what they do.Gina is very welcoming and warm, and I highly commend her customer oriented attributes. She went the extra mile to add a new balloon colour theme and helium balloon and a new game inclusion for the party. The party host Laura & Shiena were great entertainers and it was such a fun experience that even the parents couldnt hold back their excitement and participated along with the children in building the tallest tower, tug of war etc.The very talented tattoo artists - Michael, Shiela & Jeff created tattoos with the finest strokes on the kids faces or hands. The tattoos look super cute, neat, and beautiful.There are other activities like pottery, canvas painting, spa party, kids haircut etc which I didnt include due to my limited budget but Im sure itll add more excitements so Ill surely book it the next time.

From the start, Ms Gina was very helpful with my changing requirements and i appreciate her friendly coordination with finalizing all the details. During the event, all the event staff Ms Laura, Sheena, Stephany were very helpful assisting with all the childrens needs. I had my 7 year old daughter’s Spa Birthday Party on 6 July and it was amazing. The set up is very entertaining for kids with Spa, soft play and cake baking. The coffee shop serves great food for the parents to enjoy while kids are busy. The best part of the place is their staff under guidance of Cristel. Magnificent cozy kids play area. I brought my cousins kid here and he loved it. He spent most of his time in the Lego area, which to be honest looked appealing even to me. It is also great to see kids not watching TV or playing games on their tablets, bringing back the old times and helping kids develop right; this place definitely helps with that. Highly recommend mothers bring their kids here, as they can even have a manicure and pedicure or even do some work while the kids just enjoy their time.

There’s more of a focus on non-electronic play as well, versus the one a few shops down(I’m not one to shun instant gratification via lights and sounds, but sometimes we do need a break from that stuff). A great place, that took parents into consideration. You can have a great coffee, snacks and desserts while kids are enjoying their time. The place also features a kids grooming place. AED 45 an hour is a bit too much, other places offer a day pass for this price, especially when parents are also spending money in the face inside. Not that I wanted to leave my kids for the whole day, but kids usually need a little more than an hour before they want to leave. A loyalty program is also appreciated.
