Nothing but 5 stars!!! And more. I had a hair appointment at 8pm on a Friday. The treatment took four hours. The ladies took turns in doing the shampoo and application. Reema was the one who stayed to ensure that it was finished. So much pride taken into her profession. Sharing pictures of before and after. The hair ends was my request to not trim, which they respected.

I have been to this salon multiple times for gel manicures and pedicures, and I must say, the quality of the products they use is excellent, especially for the price. Recently, I had a hair wash and blow-dry, and I was truly impressed. The owner personally stepped in to wash my hair when all the hairdressers were busy, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. For just 99 AED, I received a blow-dry that left me fully satisfied with both the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Girls know how difficult it is to find good hair stylist. I found my fairy in Ilios. Rawan is the best. A reverent attitude to detail, a caring attitude towards hair, a true professional who does her job with love. Im more than satisfied with the result. perfect shade, perfect play of color. I had a great experience today at the saloon. I booked for a haircut and blow dry. Rawan did a fantastic job. Im totally in love with my new haircut. The staff was very welcoming and kind. I went for a keratin treatment to this salon and I should say their service is good. Mallika the turkey girl is very sweet and very talented and did with conscious mind. I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this saloon and getting the best experience. Not only the atmosphere was really pleasant, staff were extremely polite and friendly, and the quality of service was top notch. It is safe to say that I will be a loyal client and will opt in for more services in the future as I really felt that these ladies care for me and my appearance, it is hard to find this kind of treatment in Dubai. I felt really welcomed and taken care of. The service was on time and was fast and efficient. I particularly want to thank ELOISE, SEMA AND NADA who did my lashes, massage, and nails. They really made my experience special, and I felt like a new person stepping out from the saloon. I want to thank these ladies from the bottom of my heart, I hope the management get to see this positive review and show appreciation to their employees. The lashes ( Eliose) are still standing, although I have Asian eyes, and most of the time, they are gone within 2 weeks. Nada did my nails gel extensions within 1.5 hrs which is incredible timing with such a thin layer that you can barely understand these are extensions, and they look so natural. Finally, Sema my body was so tense, and she did the best massage I ever had in DUBAI and I highly recommend this service to everyone. BIG BIG THANKS LADIES 🥰🥰🥰

I had an absolutely amazing 90 minute massage here today. I felt so blissed out and relieved that I fell into a sweet sleep during the massage. My whole body and mind has calmed down for many hours after. I also got a lovely gel manicure which looks amazing. However, one observation i made during my visit was while the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, some staff seemed a bit reserved and not as cheerful and smiling.
