Did softlight with Margarita last month and I loved the results, so I came back for body laser and it was almost painless and comfortable with her, she is a sweetheart and she makes the process easy and explains everything in a nice way before she starts.For sure i will continue my sessions with her. The best part is that she doesn’t try to pressure me into buying all the treatments but genuinely guides me by recommending things that eventually benefit my skin. I have decided to put my review after 2 months of continuous follow up with my skin in Truelase Clinic. Before speaking about the services, I want to highlight the great hospitality, welcoming, and professionalism of the ladies at front ( Maysam, Anne, Joyce). Second, my hair laser treatment of only 2 sessions so far, i can see major results even though I haven’t yet finished all my sessions, no pain at all and I would recommend it to anyone who have never done laser hair removal before like me(Thanks to Sheila and Margarita !!). Third and most importantly, I have been working with Nancy in the past 2 months who have truly taken very good care of my skin. She is very professional, knowledgeable, understands her clients skin. What I appreciate about Nancy is she also very honest to what your skin needs. My skin have improved significantly in the past 2 months ( white heads, pores, and pigmentation) I also was consistently using my own products at home as well. I recommend truelase clinic to everyone I know. Please be patient and follow up and you will see all results you want with the team in Truelase clinic.Follow up review Nov 2023: I have completed one year of my visits to TrueLase Clinic. This is a follow up on my review I posted one year ago. I have completed 10 Laser sessions and I am very satisfied with the results. Margarita and Sheila were taking care of my session in the first 7 session and I have continued with Margarita. I can’t highlight enough how professional is she, she pays attentions to all the details, she know her customers need very well that you don’t need to highlight your concerns in next visit because she already know it. She is very respectful of her client’s privacy. Additionally, Margarita is a nice person to have genuine conversations with as well. I would continue all my future sessions only with her as my laser specialist. Going Back to my skin care, by my 6 follow up session with Nancy, she have kindly guided me to seek a professional dermatologist advice as my issue persisted, this shows that the clinic is honest with the clients and have the client’s best interest at heart. Even though I had to pause my session until I finish my medical treatments, I Will immediately start my skin care regimen with Nancy. This clinic have high respect to their costumers and their consistency in the maintaining high professional standards with existing customers is notable. Every single time I have a treatment I am treated as a new customer. For those who are looking for consistency, professionalism, honest and respectful clinic, TrueLase is one even if you find it costly you are paying for the right place.
