    I have been a regular client for the last 6 years and I have been your regular for various services. Your new receptionist is quite slow, quite confusing and confused and the communication is absolutely weak. I request you to retain MAO, RACHEAL, JANE MAE, Korraine who know your old clients and are quite quick with information & attendance . I had a tough time trying to explain and even after reaching there i had difficulty. Hope this feed back helps. I will be your regular client anyways thank you!🙏🏼

    Dr. Sana was really great! Thank you so much for explaining the details of the treatment and for entertaining all my questions.I just want to highlight my feedback about the receptionist. The receptionist was quite rude, lacking any semblance of customer service or a welcoming demeanor. After taking my details, she left me without explaining the next steps. Additionally, she failed to inform us that the service charges did not include VAT. Addressing her attitude would greatly improve the overall experience.UPDATE:The clinic called me right away to rectify the issue I raised. I really appreciate their prompt action to my feedback. Just goes to show that they value customer experience and feedback. I look forward to my next visit.

    I started my laser hair removal journey with TruCare Clinic! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I am a Black girl from the US so I was very nervous about laser. They apply numbing cream and make it really comfortable. My bikini line has been flourishing since doing laser hair removal with them. It is important to shave before you go but if you don’t they will take care of it for you. Thank you so much for your service TruCare! I have sent many friends.

    No wonder it has such a high rating... the lady was so calming, so generous and caring. Highly recommend it... loads of parking available opposite the road... prices are very reasonable (unlike some other places I tried in the past). Receptionist is very helpful too. 7 stars!Edit: I have tried different services over the past 2 years. I would suggest dont go for a skin peel. It discolored my skin for a year, but they gave the money back and free sessions to compensate for the damage (which is kind of them). What worked for me is laser hair removal, Spectra carbon laser treatment for lightening pigmentation (to some extent) and hydrafacial. Your experience also depends on who is doing the treatment. I recommend Roxanne. She is very detail-oriented.

    Got my first facial before my departure and I am impressed by the level of professionalism of all the staff from the frontdesk to my nurse specialist miss roxanne who is very good in explaining what is my skin type, how i can take care of my skin and the dos and donts of using skincare products, plus she explained to me one by one what are the steps she will do since its my first time so i will not be hesitant and feel comfortable.     I had an appointment for Diamond Microdermabrasion & Hydrafacial at TruCare clinic Al Barsha and I would give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.The lady for my facial was Mau and she was very professional at what she was doing. Plus very coperative with me. She tried her 100% to make the experience comfortable for me.Furthermore, I loved that the clinic was squeaky clean and everyone was in PPE Aand wearing maska. The receptionist is also very professional . 100% recommended
