I visited MedicBloom Clinic recently to undergo my first microneedling with RF treatment using their advanced, new Genius machine. The Clinic is extremely modern, spacious and immaculately clean with warm, inviting reception staff and state-of-the-art facilities. Sade was extremely professional, kind and attentive throughout my treatment, checking in frequently on my pain tolerance and responding in depth to any of my questions or concerns. Sade used numbing cream before the treatment to mitigate any irritation and pain and she also recommended a particular brand of cream to use on my skin in the days following treatment to enhance my aftercare. I felt 100% comfortable and relaxed in Sades care as she was confident with her knowledge and considered in her application. I experienced some redness, which reduced significantly after a few hours and the next morning, the skin on my face, neck and decolletage was glowing. I noticed an immediate improvement in some deep lines across my chest area. I would highly recommend MedicBloom for microneedling with RF and I look forward to my next treatment.

Had my first laser hair removal treatment with the amazing Sade on Friday.Arrived and there was plenty of parking available which made life easy for going somewhere in Dubai.Sade welcomed me at the door. Brand new clinic, beautiful and clean. Its 2 levels however has an elevator/lift for anyone who would find stairs difficult.Facilities e.g bathroom were clean and tidy.Sade was kind, friendly, informative and answered any questions I had in a way that made me feel safe and unjudged.She explained every step of my treatment throughout and what to expect. Everytime she would move onto a new area she would do a test shot and check in with me.The whole process was comfortable and Sade had the perfect balance of engaging with me as her client but also focusing on the job and getting it done.After the treatment finished she went over the things I should and shouldnt do again as she did at the beginning of the consult. She applied the appropriate creams and made sure I knew what to get/do before leaving.Even post treatment she has checked in on me.As someone who doesnt like pain I was apprehensive about laser as my last try was 20 years ago but Sade made the experience so easy and comfortable.I engaged with a couple of other staff members in passing while at the clinic and all were so friendly and helpful.Looking forward to continuing my treatment and medicbloom.Thanks Sade and the medicbloom team.
