I love me some Mediclinic! Since my first visit, I have not gone to any other medical facility in the UAE. BUT, Dr Winnie takes the trophy for being the absolute best doctor there, hands down. She asks the right questions, and provides answers to questions I never thought to ask. I saw her at Mediclinic Dubai Mall and Enhance by Mediclinic. The service is impeccable and her nurse is absolutely lovely.

Vannessa really knows what shes doing, and she made me feel comfortable right from the start. She took her time to check my skin and tailored the treatment to what I needed, which I really appreciated.The clinic itself is super clean and has a calming vibe. After the facial, I noticed an instant improvement in my skin, and the results have stuck around longer than I expected.If youre looking for a good treatment, I definitely recommend seeing Vannessa at Enhance. It was really difficult to find a doctor who is honest with advice and really thourogh to treat my rosacea. I went to Dr. Anna for specific treatment in my mind but she explained to me nicely that this will not best solution of my skin issue according to a skin analysis done in the clinic and advised me with alternative. She always advised me that less is better for sensitive skin and i appreciate as she is the 1st doctor to advise so. My rosacea improved alot even my skin quality and glow.Reception team also excellent, had one experience where miscommunication happened but that was solved by help of Ms. Anne.Thank you for great experience

The office gives Tulum aesthetics, with beverly hill’s treatment. Also The green apple juice was amazing along with the cookie that they greeted me with. The new aesthetic and wellness centre by mediclinic is wonderfully beautiful, serene and luxurious. The staff is welcoming and all of them go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.Winnie by far is the best person one can go to for laser hair removal. She is both diligent and a perfectionist at her job and takes care of all your needs and concerns. Hair seem to be her worst enemy, and she takes great pleasure in ridding you of every single strand! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for laser hair removal.

Lovely staff, the place is beautiful. I went with Dr Kasia Puckeridge and she was simply fantastic. I don’t let anyone touch my face cause it’s so sensitive but the Dr Kasia did a fantastic job. She took some photos with a quite sophisticated machine, explained me the areas on my face where I could improve and at the end we did a peeling treatment. Fantastic job! Definitely will come back for another treatment.

She fixed my issue with a great professionalism explained all the procedure with details making me feel so comfortable, including her nurse, and that feeling that you are in great hands.
