    The laser hair removal is awesome! Only 2 sessions and hair growth is very slow that I need to increase the length for next session. Tina is awesome, very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable during the procedure.Ana is great for hydrafacial. She made sure my skin is clean and fully hydrated! I initially found them through Fazaa, but they offer even better promotions at the clinic. The hair growth is now minimal, and the process has been smooth.     I visited Cosmo on Thursday and saw Dr Mirna for B & F. She was absolutely amazing, patiently explaining the options and being clear about what I needed and most importantly did NOT need. She took her time making sure that everything I got done was the way I wanted it.Friendly, professional and patient.To be honest all staff were polite and made sure that I felt calm, comfortable and knew my options.     Tina is the one doing my laser, I am so happy with her service. I got 6 sessions for both arm and bikini in a very affordable price. After 1st session my hair growth was very less and thin but the procedure for me is a little painful because I have sensitive skin and my hair was thick but it’s all worth it after seeing the result. Now I am on my third session which I did after 6 weeks from the 2nd and my hair was very less and thin. Overall 10/10 service and result. As Tina always tells me pain is temporary but result is permanent. Happy customer here. 💕

And avail any offer option and explain the benefit and the cost difference associated with the treatment services. I was stunned with the service and add hydra facial in my next schedule along with the next laser session. My overall experienced is wonderfully fantastic. I had a funny encounter with Isra, she is so polite, honest person with a great sense of humor. 😊She computes my total service charge and it was over 5AED. I wouldnt have noticed it, if she did not apologize for the unintentional honest mistake and handed me a face mask in exchange as my payment is through tabby.I really appreciate the gesture of her honesty, taking the full accountability, even it was a small amount that you can slide it off.     I came after a friend recommended Julia, my friend was extremely hairy/ so am I. I also suffer from strawberry legs. Her legs body is so smooth and clean she only did 6 sessions.     Ive been a customer for almost a year now in Cosmo my friend recommended this clinic by the way and my experience all along is very Good. The staffs are very nice and welcoming.     Coming to cosmosecrets was the best choice I made because of the people and the service I would say. The receptionist Ms Kathleen is so polite and friendly and accommodating and I always prefer her over any other to attend to my queries because she is very calm and understanding. This is the first time I was doing laser and right from the start Ms Hashmi my laser specialist is a wonderwoman! She is so knowledgeable and sincere and makes me feel so relaxed though I had lot of questions but she made me feel comfortable. She is very honest and skillful and it showed in the laser too as I was amazed to see the results after my first session itself.     Great place for self-love :)Cosmo Secrets Mecial Center is the best place to treat yourself. Excellent location beside the Mall of Emirates; facilities are clean and well - maintained. Staffs are cheerful, helpful and the best when providing excellent customer service. The front desk receptionists besides that they are friendly, are the expert for giving the information about their products/services - making you feel well informed and welcome.     Everything is excellent about this clinic! the cleanliness of the facility passed my OCness which im very happy about. Ive done my bikini and underarm laser under Miss Grechelles care for almost a year now and i recently started laser for my legs since i love to tan we werent able to do that before but now that they have the machine for tanned skin i didnt think twice to do it :) And also theyre very flexible when it comes to packages all thanks to the manager Miss Dina, just tell her what you need and shell give you best price ❤ super satisfied.

    I have been getting my Lazer done here since May 2021. Honestly it has been the best spend after 5 sessions itself my hair is super light and some parts the growth reduced completely. Only my complain is their Manager Dina she had complete lack of proper etiquette when it comes of communicating clients. Shes a manager she supposed to be a good example with her staff specially on communication because thats really more important, not that the way she will act and insist while talking to me that shes the manager in the clinic and she can just say whatever she wants.However i highly recommend this clinic as the staff and the therapist are very professional and friendly except their Manager Dina.
