I was very pleased with this hair salon. The ladies were very nice and professional. They worked hard on my hair for hours. I had to wait for about 30-40 minutes to get in the chair but that was because I was about 45 minutes late to my appointment. I got lost on the way there because my gps stopped working. I called the shop and not one but two of the ladies tried their best to guide me to the shop. The young lady doing my hair was amazing. My hair turned out wonderful and has lasted 4 months! I am returning to them Friday for a new set of braids. Oh and their prices are very reasonable for the amazing work they do.4/18/18This is an update on my previous review. This is my go to shop for braids. Im a regular in my opinion now. Just a few more visits and the ladies will know my name. I love coming to this shop because they are so good at what they do and they are so kind and understanding. I have been back twice since my initial review and I am still very happy with my hair. My daughter has even gotten braids here. They were very gentle on her scalp and they lasted longer than ever expected. I love these ladies.3/2019Still my go to for fabulous hair. They are the best! And they treat me and my daughter with kindness and respect. I love these ladies. They took such good care of my girl. She and I both have had many ladies working on our hair at one time. Now this won’t happen every time you go because they are booked and busy. But your patience is always rewarded with their excellent work and sometimes two to three to four ladies working on you to get your style done in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that these are braid styles and they take time and effort. Also if you walk in you will wait. If you have an appointment you will also wait because this is hair and it takes a while to do RIGHT. I wouldn’t want anyone rushing through my hair to get to the next lady so being patient and know that waiting is apart of coming to a hair salon. Unless you want to pay an obscenely large amount of money. When you come please treat these ladies with respect and understanding because they will always treat their customers this way. -

So, yesterday started out with me driving around Dubai trying to find a reputable shop with reasonable prices. Between bad GPS directions and bad Customer Service from 2 shops; I decided to try 1 more shop: Zulekha. I am so glad I did! The shop is clean. The ladies are super-professional, funny, and kind! The prices are very fair and I was pleased with my hair. Thank you Joke and Barakat! My scalp was massaged and oiled. The hair washing was soothing and they used the correct comb to comb out my hair because Im natural. Please! Give their shop a try.😁 -

Great place and service! My scalp is very sensitive but the lady that did my hair was so gentle that I didnt feel a thing. Loved it! Wonderful customer service too :) -
