I really love the service here for my nails (mani/pedi). I’ve been coming to them ever since their old location in Marina, but since I live in Motor City, it only becomes a place I come to when I’m in the area.The ladies are very kind, sweet and professional. Everyone from the nail technicians to the receptionists. Manicure and pedicure are very well done. The staff is very careful about special requirements, they were very gentle as I am sensitive with cuticules removal. Quality of service is very satisfying and prices worth it. I came for the second time and it confirmed that it will be the only place I go for mani and pedi in the future. Classic mani and pedi stay in good condition for long almost like the gelish.

I have been going to We Nails since its opening and its easily the best salon in Dubai. The staff are professional and friendly - the owner Neda is lovely and works hard to make sure the team are happy (a rarity in Dubai!). I have never had any issues with the nail service and my gel lasts up to 4 weeks. I also have my hair cut by the lovely Alex who really knows what hes doing (my hair is wild!). Vouy does my lashes and i regularly get complimented on them. Be sure to ask for her!I have been living in Dubai for 8 years and will not go to any other salon now i have found We Nails. Couldnt recommend enough!

Wenails is my all-time favourite salon in the UAE. I live in Abu Dhabi and come multiple times per month to Dubai to maintain my beauty routine and to enjoy my time at the same time. Wenails has all the beauty services ladies need under one roof in a pleasant environment with professional and friendly staff.For Eyebrows I cannot live without Pushpa and for manicure pedicure the girls at Wenails are by far the best in town. And for blowdry Fahed is doing an excellent job to give me anazing wavy hair.And last but not least, Ms. Fahime the salon manager who is a walking sunshine with the cutest dresses making the customer feeling home and comfortable and providing the best care and advice for her customers. The one thing is that they really overtrimmed my cuticles both on my hands and feet - enough that one of my fingers and both big toes are super painful even three days later. I have been going to this place regularly for almost a year, really given it a chance despite having a dislike for the manager who is highly lacking in customer service skills! Always chose to ignore this because I loved my nail technician Chao... can’t count the amount of times I have turned up for an appointment and had to wait 30 to 40mins with NO apology from anyone! Last time this happened, confronted the Iranian manager who finally apologized and promised that this won’t happen again... ok fine, I thought maybe things are looking up only for me to have to go back 3 times because the gellish polish on my toes peeled off within a few hours... NO apology, instead the Iranian manager woman is blaming the equipment and I don’t know what!! how about u apologize for wasting my time!!! Anyway done with this place now, it’s obvious u do not value your loyal repeat customers....kmt! Ladies, please spend your money elsewhere!Edit:Updated from 2-4 stars! Turns out the owner of this place is so nice as she reached out to me almost immediately after leaving my review above and she apologized profusely for the actions of the manager and promised this will never happen again. Thankfully the rude manager has now left and they have a lady who seems to understand the concept of customer service. I went in there last weekend post the review above fully expecting to pay to fix a finger nail but this was done on the house. This put a smile on my face.I still recommend that they consider a loyalty program for deserving clientele.

And technical couldn’t remove my previous gelish for 1 hour 🙈 although all previous maters did it within 2-3 minutes! And I thought that no one is removing old gelish under the foil 🙊🙄And now when the work was done and I started wearing new manicure, I realized that the material is not what I used to wear, not strong, very soft and flexible :( nails are bending easily if touch them, I’ve never had like this before 😥But in general the manicure looks okay and the staff is great and very friendly. But just because I didn’t get what I was expecting, I don’t think I gonna come again 😔

I have come here for the past 2 months getting gelish nails. I have had a great experience with every set i have gotten done.1st: Color is always beauiful2nd: Havent had any set chip or peel3rd: They soak off the gelish and havent damaged my nails. (obviously they do have to scrape a bit off but my natural nails continue to grow and are building strength)The prices are decent I pay between 80-120 depending on what i need done to my nails as far as cleaning and what not.The salon feels very comfortable and welcoming.The only negative side is there is no bathroom in the salon. You have to use the restroom inside the main building. SInce I have been going ive never needed to use the restroom, so it has never been an issue for me personally. However one lady was pretty upset she had to go in the main building.
