It was my first time visiting the Sumi Skin, and I had a very pleasant experience.My cosmetologist Lovelyn did a skin analysis and then we chose the treatment according to the results.The procedures were really nice, my skin was clean and rejuvenated after, Lovelyn did a great job 🥰The ambience of the place is great as well, feels nice and homy; all the ladies that work there are very welcoming and helpful.I was served tea and some sweets, which was nice, and got some samples for my skin.Looking forward to my next treatment 🙂

I was looking for deep skin facial and one of my cousin suggested me to visit sumi skin in JLT.It is fantastic in clearing up congestion super fast without any irritation at all. There is no tingling sensation but you still get the benefit of clear glowing skin. I have found huge difference in my pigmentation on my cheeks and just overall glowing hydrated skin.It was so relaxing and i feel completely out of the world.The staff was so friendly and attentive.They have many other services you can check on their website.Overall it was great experience and worth to visit this place.

Excellent service from the whole team from the moment I walked through the door. I was welcomed with hot tea then my therapist, Lovelyn, walked me through the results of my face analysis and gave me tips on how to take care of my skin. I had the Hydra treatment to cleanse my skin then a super relaxing and uplifting Face Madero. The treatment was wrapped up with a cool algae mask, and a massage, and I was given another cup of hot tea before I left. All in all, a really great experience for my first time at Sumi Skin. Will definitely be back!

My 2nd home. I love this place, their warmth & hospitality. There’s nothing more important than a customized facial that’s targeted to your skin needs, and after a very thorough consultation with Shu and their knowledgeable staff (that uses the products as well), I got the Ionzyme (IontoV) Treatment, which was recommended for even pigmentation.I’m quite picky and I’m all about ingredients and the experience. The machine uses these electrical micro currents to help the vitamins get fully absorbed in the skin. The experience was very indulging. And of course, the session ended with a warm cup of tea and cake, which such a nice treat, being a tea lover.  I haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time.Highly recommend this gem in JLT, and their ampoule serums to take home! Will be back for sure for the Tea Tasting Sessions :)!!

Amazing amazing amazing! From the minute I entered I was so impressed with this place. I was greeted by a very kind lady who offered me a tea which was delish! Before my service my therapist (Gemma) analysed my face with their face scanning machine and we spent over 20 mins understanding my concerns and problem areas. She then begun the treatment and oh my god it was amazing! I usually fear the pain of the extractions but her hands were so delicate I barely felt a thing! She then spent over 20 mins massaging my face (which was the highlight of the entire experience!) she proceeded with few different masks and also used the LED light therapy to manage the inflammation. I felt so taken care of and my skin is glowing away! Fabulous skincare knowledge and amazing customer service. I also enjoyed the little touches around the spa. I think I just found my new facial spot!

The technician answered all of my questions and doubts and really helped me understand my skin better. I loved Sumi Skin so much! The staff is so sweet, from the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She led me to a place to sit and while I filled out paper work, I was given a delicious drink and some nuts to snack on (if anyone knows what the drink is, please let me know, I really liked it😭🙏🏼). After so filled out all my paperwork, I was taken into a room where my skin was scanned by this machine that showed different information. This is where we had a consolation about my skin:) After this, I was taken into the room where my facial would take place. My consolation and facial were done by the sweetest person ever, I believe her name might be spelled Kwang (so sorry if I butchered that). She was so polite and helpful every step of the way, and gave me some really good advice during my consolation. I did the oxygen facial, and it left my skin feeling so refreshed and moisturized! After the facial, I sat in this cute little sitting area where I got some hot tea and some desert, and got to talk to the rest of the staff! They’re all so nice, I loved every second of being there
