    Late for our appointment but Sultana Spa was kind enough to accommodate and fit us 4 ladies. Very clean and very welcoming. We were shown swiftly to the change rooms and lockers. I had a relaxing hamam until my peaceful slumber was woken up by a noisy staff talking / discussing loudly outside my room as my room was right opposite a counter hence the 4 ⭐️. Apart from this all was good. The hot tea and the cold towel in the end was a good end.

    Since i arrived to Dubai 3 years ago this is the first and current place where i come back again and again. Incredible atmosphere, super service, specially I am coming always to my lovely Mrs.Zurayya for hammam🥰. She is amazing!Separately i would like to appreciate for the owner of Sultana Spa for creating such a wonderful spa salon where every woman coming here certainly feels happy and more beautiful😊

    I loved the experience of pampering myself yesterday at Sultana with a Hammam (Sultana literally means the queen in Arabic). Nazha is the reason why I also took the time to write a review as she was a great therapist… I also liked the date and Moroccan tea at the end, it was delicious btw and complemented nicely the full experience… I ended up paying for a pack of few more visits (which offers a discount) because I’m definitely doing it again 😊

    Sultana Spa is the most authentic Moroccan hamam Ive tried in Dubai and its always amazing 🤩 The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. Nizha was the lady that did my treatment and Ive come out of there feeling rejuvenated after starting the year unwell. This is exactly what I needed. The spa has had a makeover recently and its so beautiful. Mabrook! The hamam area is now more private, so if youre shy, no need to worry. Im writing this whilst waiting for part 2; massage time.     I went there for a Moroccan bath/hammam/Pedicure/blow dry and eyebrow threading.The reception is good, and there is nice smell. We take care of you from the entrance to the exit.There is locker and they give you everything you need for a hammam (bathrobe, towel, sleepers, shampoo, black soap, conditioner, normal soap) except the scrubbing glove (alkeess 65dh if you dont have)the hammam spot is very nice and clean with a typical beldi decoration : it was relaxing.And a big up for the scrubbing. The teamIt was perfect, the lady (Nezha) who took care of me, did a very professional scrubbing, the same that we can have in Morocco. I felt so light and clean after her treatment so so refreshing after a long flight.Shes very professional and smiling with a lot of beauty tips, if you book a hammam there, ask for Nezha 👌, I recommend her 💯%For the others treatments the same. My blowdry was made by Nada and in a very glamorous style.Everybody is professional and smiling and we feel that everything is made for the customers satisfaction !I recommend this spa so far 🤩

    If you want to get real Morocco bath and strong Philippinian massage you should visit Soltana. I enjoyed much. It is not big but you can get a lot of services here including nails and hair services. Prices are good and that Morocco tea was really delicious and pleasant after bath.

    They provide excellent hair styling services and advicesThrough the years,I have tried “fast care” (Shea butter / collagen/ protein) and prime pro extreme as my hair nature is thin and can’t handle heavy treatment. The products made my hair grow fast while staying strongAlso I regularly do hair coloring with them it’s very nice , everyone I meet compliment my hair color. For more than 2 years I still do follow their advice and the products they recommend for meshout out to ( Khadijah) she is my hero and go to at Sultana ❤️

    This was my first time in Sultana Spa and am 100% sure it will not be the last. Latifa has done a very great job for hammam I felt like I was born again. Also my skin was very soft like baby and I felt the difference from the first time. And Katerina has done excellent jobs for massage her hands is from heaven.     My mom and i came to sultana salon to dye our hair and were greeted with nada who did an excellent job at the rinsage. the results were so much better than i expected. i didn’t know what style i wanted to do my hair but nada suggested a certain style suitable for me and she didn’t disappoint! i’m very happy with the results and feel really good about my hair.

    I’ve been going to the Sultana Spa & salon for a few years now and they’ve been fantastic. The Moroccan bath is amazing. I always bring my friend too. I love the traditional settings and actual Moroccan ladies giving you a bath. Also, I’ve been getting my hair done in the Al Barsha branch by Khadijah at the hair salon and she’s fantastic. She’s always does the best job for me. We get like some amazing results every month. I like to play with the colors and she’s just fantastic and just listen to you understand you and just follow whatever you like.

    First time to try this place my friend gave me a gift voucher. By far the best massage in the UAE Selly the masseuse was fantastic! Completely unique and effective technique that truly heals in all sense. This is also not to mention the welcome reception was great Jostle was very helpful and accommodating.     I want really to thank the owner of Soltana she was soooo kind with her smile and Special Thank to Fatiha for Morrocan Bath was soo so so so Amazing really and professional 💖 all the staff was were kind and Polite and helpful , but Reaally the Massage 💆‍♂️ was more than suuuupeeer if I say is Amazing , is not enough ❤️ to appreciate that .     It was my first time at Sultana Spa. The salon is clean, well organized, and the staff of the salon is very friendly. I had a traditional Hammam done by Khadijah. She was really nice and did a really good job of scrubbing me from head to toe. At the end of a treatment my skin was very smooth. I will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

    Best ladies spa in Dubai. Jostle thereceptionist is very accommodating. Hoa and Anne for my nails. Reitu for my waxing and nada for my hair. They take care of me always when I come.     Absolutely blown away by this place! Ive just had an amazing Hammam with Khadijah. She is the sweetest and most professional lady Ive ever had a Hammam with. She constantly asked if the pressure of the scrubbing is fine and made sure she does the job very well. I had a great relaxing and amazing experience and my skin feels like a baby skin.

    I was in so much need of hammam and I found this spa to be amazing and totally exceeded my expectations!!Nizah took so much care of me and made this experience so refreshing, soothing and relaxing. Took her time on me and made me feel so relaxed. I would do 5 stars for Nizah and travel back to Dubai from Canada just to see her!!! Highly recommend!

    Had the royal Hammam with Tulsia - she was perfect and the Hammam was absolutely wonderful. Had scheduled for a basic mani pedi afterwards I didn’t know that color would be more expensive until I did check out. Didn’t love that surprise, so I’ll skip my nails from here next time. Place was super clean and staff was all very friendly.

    A must visit in Dubai! I found it thanks to all the google reviews and it was just as great as everyone was saying. Me and my mum went for a hammam and massage and we absolutely loved it! The spa itself is very clean and they have lockers for you to use which was great. The ladies that do the hammam are the best! We got Neza and Latifah and they were the best. Very smiley, very professional, an absolute joy! The ladies who do the massage are just as great. Honestly, the whole experience was great, I couldnt recommend this place highly enough so go and see for yourself!

    I did moroccan bath for the first time. I did traditional hammam with latifa, she’s moroccan and she’s very professional. The place is very clean, and they will give new fresh clean towel from the laundry. I’ll definitely come again and highly recommend this place.

    I havent been for hamam in such a long time but this weekend I decided to treat myself and I was not disappointed. Malika was the lady who did the hammam and she was fantastic. She had just the right amount of scrub to get all my dead skin off and now I feel great! Good job Sultan Spa, Ill be back! Oh and the Moroccan tea was a nice addition

    I had the morrocan bath plus massage package. Latifa gave me the morrocan bath and although i dont speak Arabic, she was very helpful and scrubbed through every inch of my skin :) followed by massage by Reitu, she was very professional, released all tensions from my shoulders and undoubtedly it was one of the best massages I ever had.

    Am a loyal guest of Sultana spa! There is a two things am always checking in a good hammam : 1/the Cleanliness : the hammam is clean and 2/is the therapist.     Had the best Hamman with Fatiha today! Very professional and took very good care of my body head to toe. This was the first time me and my friend ever had a hammam and it was just what we needed the minute we got off the flight awaiting to check into our hotel. Thank you guys for accommodating us and explaining the process to us. We also had no proper internet connection so using Watsapp was a bonus! 👍
