Special thanks to Kate and her team of lovely ladies at SOAK! What an amazing experience my daughter and I had at this 5 star salon in Dubai. We were looked after exceptionally well from the moment we stepped in the door. Everybody was friendly and welcoming and offered refreshments. We chose sparkling water and a coconut milk latte (yes ladies, they have a range of milks to choose from). All of the ladies were exceptional and went the extra mile to make sure we had 5 star service. Our comfort was their top priority and they are so skilled and talented. The atmosphere was sophisticated and relaxed with tasteful decor and extremely comfortable seating. The bathroom was immaculately clean, as was the whole salon, with complimentary sanitary products. We absolutely love our nails with the designs and the pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced - my feet feel as soft as a newborn baby’s! My daughter chose acrylic nails and I chose gel. The goodie bags were such lovely and appreciated gifts as we were leaving. Thank you again. SOAK is truly a luxury experience. We travelled from England to experience SOAK. Add it to your list ladies as it’s a must visit!

Finally found the perf salon for nails 💅🏻Been looking for one near me and found that they specialize in BIAB and their technicians are well trained. Really researched before I chose and I chose perfectly 🩵Everyone’s so welcoming and I love the minimalist interior as it has a relaxing vibe.Had a soak spa pedicure + gel polish with michelle and had a BIAB overlay + gel polish with Maja! They’re amazing, super recommend.Love this place! Already booked for next month haha! 🤩—Went again last nov 20 (for nails ) & 21 (haircut) love the place so much if I could go there everyday I would 🤣.As always maja was amazing, love my cat eye nails ❤️ and I got to experience pedicure & waxing with Debbie too! Then the next day decided to get a haircut with Rachel, such an amazing person and fab skill too!They’re all perfect! Love it! Can’t recommend this place enough 🫶🏻

First of all I would like to thank soak salon for the quality and hospitality they provide. What is normally impossible in the Netherlands they make possible. I went to the salon to discuss whether it was possible to go from dark hair to blonde hair. I wanted blonde highlights. Rachel gave me advice and looked at my hair and promised me to do everything she could to get it as good and healthy as possible after the desired result. In the end she achieved the desired result that I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My big thanks to the entire soak salon Dubai team. I have been coming here for over a year now and I have to say the owner of the salon - Kate is phenomenal. She really cares about her customers and listens to feedback. I have had my Biab nails done here regularly and when April started I trusted her with my hair and would not go to anyone else for my roots. If you want excellent customer service this is the place to come 😊

One of the top salons in Dubai hands down. Such a humble, genuine and beautiful place with such lovely staff. This has to be my favourite salon I’ve visited as the staff are so attentive and personable, nothing is rushed and everything is taken care of with so much detail and passion- from each and every one that I have had for my services. Kate the owner is amazing and a credit to the industry, great role model to her staff and other female entrepreneurs. I get all my services done at soak and couldn’t fault it at all!

This Salon is my absolute favourite in the Dubai. Not only is the interior stunning, but the owner Kate is so friendly and welcoming. The salon is absolutely stunning inside, and they have a full menu of complimentary drinks to choose from. I had BIAB with Christmas nails. Take a look at my photo! Beautiful!

Such a warm and welcoming place for both hair and nails, you can tell the team are looked after by the management and enjoy their work. I am yet to try any of the beauty treatments at SOAK but I have no doubt that they are up to the same high standards as hair, manicures and pedicures.Although a distance for me to travel, I am happy to do so for my experiences here. I’m currently getting my hair done by Rachel (Cut + Blowdry) and I couldn’t wait to leave to drop my review. This girl is just the most beautiful soul I’ve ever met, she’s taking care of me and making me feel like home. She listened carefully to my needs and gave me her helpful advices on how to take care of my hair. It wasn’t my first time doing my service with her and I just trust her blindly🤍 Kate was super friendly and kind, I like the vibes of this salon and I highly recommend it🥰 Thank you for always making me feel great about my self and love you Rachel🥰🤍

I felt taken care of since the first moment I stepped in and the owner welcomed me 💕The products that they use are excellent and you can be certain that your hair won’t get burned when coloring. It will become more silky, soft and strong instead 🥰💫In particular, I’m truly grateful for Rachel’s work. She did an amazing job with my hair. Outstanding baby lights and a wavy styling that suited me a lot.I left the salon feeling more beautiful, peaceful and relaxed. Can’t wait to be back :)

Amazing salon, I took my daughter to Soak Salon for her first hair cut (with a fringe) and we were very nervous about how our child would react. Hair stylist Rachel was dancing and singing with my 3 year old, and she instantly won her heart! The whole experience was so nice for my little one, she couldn’t stop talking about her salon experience for the next few days! The haircut was perfect! Highly recommend Rachel♥️

My mother and I have always been a fan of Rachel’s work at the SOAK Salon! She’s been doing incredible colours to our hair and always always being cautious to prevent damage. She knows when to say no if she knew it would have a negative result later on. She’s so lovely and such a humble person. I love all her work and my one and only hair stylist in DUBAI. I highly recommend her at the SOAK!

5 stars are not enough. Finally a salon different from the usual cold mall chains. Soak has a lovely vibe, refined interiors, calming and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail is made to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The service is impeccable. Im a difficult client with very dry feet but they didnt give up until I got baby soft feet even exceeding my expectations. Waxing was perfect too. Comfortable seats, fine coffee, kind attitude, professional service and fair prices. I cant find anything wrong 🙈 parking is easy to find right next to the entrance. Thank you Aparna, Gerra and all the staff, Ill be surely back again. Ive tried around 10/12 salons in Dubai but this is probably the best

Absolutely LOVE Soak! The ambience, the attention to detail in the decor and services and the wonderful staff.Astha is incredible with nail art and manicures! She takes the time to ensure your nails are gorgeous and healthy and you’ll live your nails for weeks!Joe gave me the best blow dry as well! I’m looking forward to doing the Davines treatment again with her.If you haven’t checked them out, you totally should and the best part is the free parking behind the salon!

Local to me, clean, friendly polite and took extra special care of my friend and I.
