I recently visited Snob and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness and the serene, calming energy of the space. It’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully considered, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming.The staff is incredibly professional and attentive—everyone I encountered was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. They took the time to understand my needs, making sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciate that they took responsibility and offered me another chance to come in and try their services for free one hour massage and mani/pedi.I have to say, I was so much happier with the experience this time. It felt much warmer and more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this salon now, and I’ll be coming back for sure 🌸——————————Honestly vibes are off in this salon. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting or warm welcome. I had to call the lady at reception that I have appointment? As if I’m here by mistake. No one offered coffee, water, or even a simple smile?Also the technician placed massage oil and towel for another clients service on my chair without any explanation or apology, which is very unprofessional and inconsiderate!I will give low rating as i have been to many high standards great customer service salons.

Ive lived in 3 different countries and this is by far the best salon Ive ever experienced. The service is warm and professional and the team is wonderful. Went to Snob for hammam, massage and pedicure. It was amazing and so relaxing. Very much needed and the place was stunning. It was my first ever hammam experience and Magda was very friendly and explained the process to me throughout. Lanie did my massage and pedicure. She was super friendly and attentive the entire time. Loved my experience and would highly recommend if you are looking for spa services in Dubai.

Glizelle is a very talented nail technician…probably the best one I ever tried! The result was simply amazing and I couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait to do more sessions with her! After a long summer trip, I tried the Royal Moroccan Bath with Majdah, and I was so lucky!She provided the full experience of a traditional bath, with lots of masks, herbs, and a soothing massage.What I loved the most was how the bath ended with musk water and rose water 🤍The blow dry was also excellent, perfect for combating Dubais humidity 🤣

Glizelle is my favorite when it comes to BIAB nails, which has helped me grow my natural nails that used to be so brittle and thin. Most importantly, their cleanliness is top tier. After so many years of coming here, I just realised I should share my experience with Snob with you! 100% my favorite salon in Dubai, and for all services, from waxing to nails to hair, I really think Snob is consistently great at every service they offer. The staff is super welcoming and professional, and the interior has the perfect ambience. I’ve been cutting my hair with Rana for the last ten years, and I highly reccomend her, she’s a master of all hair treatments, cuts and looks. I dont have a favorite nail lady as they are all really good, however if you get a chance to book with Grace, don’t think twice! I love Snob and will keep coming back ❤️❤️

(LATE REVIEW) I recently visited Snob Salon & Boutique, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely aroma, almost like oud. The sweetest receptionist, Armie, checked me in. She then moved me and my mother to a much more comfortable seating area and offered us water and tea.Next, we were welcomed by Loulou, who I believe is the manager. She was warm and attentive, asking if we needed anything else while we waited for my technician. I initially came in for a Brazilian wax, but while there, I looked at the other services and felt inclined to return because of the wonderful five-star service and experience even before receiving my treatment.I finally met my technician, Rupa. She was kind and explained everything she was doing. Of course, a Brazilian wax comes with pain, but she truly tried her best to make it painless. She was sweet and chatty, likely trying to distract me from the discomfort, which I appreciated.By the end of my service, I had decided to come back with my mom for a full-body bath service. Even though the spa was farther from my hotel than I realized, the exceptional service made it worth the trip. I scheduled an appointment for my mother and me in the next few days.UPDATE ( most recent visit):I previously visited this salon and returned again because of the excellent service. This time, I came for a Moroccan bath treatment, specifically the Royal Bridal Moroccan Bath, and I booked the regular Moroccan Bath listed under Hamam for my mom. Once again, I was greeted by Armie and Loulou, and I also met the owner, Hanin, who was so gracious and exceptionally welcoming. Each of them greeted us warmly, took us to the seating area, and offered tea, coffee, or drinks.It was busier than the previous time I came in, most likely because I came in the evening (my appointment was in the morning the first time), but that didn’t bother me as I enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone was sweet. One thing I can say about this salon is that it is staffed by kind and professional people.I was finally taken to the treatment area. There is a place to change and then the steam room where everything is done. I took off my garments and was given disposable underwear. My technician, Majda, was so sweet and kind. I was a bit shy, as it was my first time getting a Moroccan bath and walking around naked, but she made me feel very comfortable and made me laugh, so all nerves went away.She exfoliated my entire body with Moroccan black soap, which was great as I saw the dead skin being removed. She then let me lie in the steam for a few minutes before applying herbs and masks all over my body. Majda also washed my hair and applied a hair mask. Alhamdulilah, the entire experience felt amazing. I wish I lived in Dubai to experience this every couple of weeks. I truly felt rejuvenated, and my skin was glowing.My mother was next, and I couldn’t let her miss out on this service, so I upgraded her service from the regular Moroccan Bath to the Royal Bridal Moroccan Bath. It was definitely worth it! Even my mother was amazed by the experience and appreciated Majda as well. She couldn’t stop raving about how soft and bright her skin was and wished we had something like this back in California.This would definitely be a one-stop shop for me if I lived here, as it is an entire beauty salon offering hair, nails, massage, brows, and more. Mashallah, I definitely recommend it.

Arme at the reception makes sure your requests are fulfilled. I trust Marianne and Kristin to perfect my nails during every visit. Nobody takes care of nails like them! I’d highly recommend Marianne for eyebrows too. She takes care her time to perfect her craft and truly listens to what her clients want in order to deliver what they want!

Today I had been to snob saloon to do my nails. My nail technician is simply excellent and would not like to do with anyone else. What I like in Grace style of doing the nails is her finish, accuracy and does her work very passionately and I can see the outcome of it when I leave the saloon happy and satisfied.The staff are all very friendly and to touch base on this aspect Armeida the receptionist is very courteous and customer focused. Always greets you with a smile and check individually with every client the hospitality service requirements. She is absolutely customer focused. Also Mary Jane who is so swift in having the place cleaned and sanitized for the next client. You don’t need to wait they are always at your service.Continue the good job -Grace , Armie and Jane for taking personalized care for the customers. I love this salon. Their hairstylists are amazing: Wafae is a great hair colorist and ever since Rana started cutting my hair it became healthier and stronger. She is naturally hospitable, welcoming, kind and sincerely caring. Even I live now very far, I try to go to Majda at least once in a month. The feeling is as if you visited your favorite aunt, who will look after you, take care of you and send you home fresh and happy with her blessings. It is one of my favorite recharging places,where I truly enjoy my me time.
