The service today at Sisters city walk was exceptional. My mom, sister and I really felt at home. Antoinette was super welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and that everything was running smoothly. Allof the ladies were super nice, super clean and worked fast with really nice results. I recommend all of them. Special thank you to Rhea who worked on my moms hair and it look stunning! I booked an appointment for the Sisters PolySculpt full set extensions, gel nails and cat eye design. Mylene, my nail technician, was super sweet and cared deeply for my sensitive and dry nails due to my eczema. She ensured to always ask if everything felt okay, double checked if I was happy with my nail shape and color, and ensured to always spray with alcohol in between to keep each step as hygienic as possible. Its my best nail experience yet and will be back in a couple of weeks for a fill-in. Thanks!

Today, I got a mani/pedi from Sandra and Manu and they’re honestly my favorites at the salon! They’re extremely professional, kind, and their work is amazing. It’s a beautiful salon, open space with amazing staff. I managed to get same day appointment with Stylist Rhea. Rhea has excellent communication skills and listen carefully to her client preferences. She’s super friendly and made me feel comfortable and valued during my visit. Not only was it a relaxing, wonderful experience with fantastic service but it was also worth the price.Mrs. Komal did a fantastic job on my hair and the ladies that did my nails, wax, and tinting did amazing too.Then came the most amazing part. Mrs. Komal stayed with me and walked through flooded roads up past our knees and walked in heavy rain and wind for 5 km with me as I just had surgery and used my cane to try and walk home. It was the worst storm and all the roads and transportation were closed leaving so many people stranded. But Komal stayed with me. She took me to her home, gave me warm food, clothes, and tea and let me stay there till I could go home. Talk about incredible customer service!!! She deserves so much more than just five stars. Highest praise to her and her wonderful family.

However, I find Geraldine is one of the best therapists in Dubai. She has had magical hands with healing powers. Ever since I tried 30 minutes of face messages, I started liking her as a facial therapist. After that, I did my facials only with her and didnt have to regret them. I only book for her, facial massage & lymphatic massage. She is excellent. Soon, I came to know she is also the master trainer for other therapists. She treats her guest really well, and she is quite bubbly. She always maintains high standards of service and is very polite. I used this beauty lounge couple of days before, I did a manicure which was stunning and I really loved how the lady took care of tiny details so It really made my day. I also did a lash extension which at first I was a bit worried as I was thinking this would fall in two days so I contacted them same day I shared my concern it was late but they were very welcoming to accommodate me next day during my time of conviennce. and they did fix my lashes, less than two days after I was still worried I see lashes are falling without touching them, they were very kind to take me in for really proper fixing which took around 1.5hrs and now Iam really in love with the lashes done and most important there customer service is something that I havent seen much specially with beauty lounges with many branches. I go weekly to different big places and this made me would like to return for sure and mark the place as my favourite this year. I would really recommend them for everyone.
