Today I had a fantastic time at Shines. I got there by car, and they provided me with perfect instructions for the underground parking nearby, which by the way was free of charge. Then I got a haircut from the master Ruslan. He was professional, attentive, and skilled, giving me exactly the style I wanted. In fact, I came to correct the disastrous haircut that I got somewhere else 2 weeks ago, and Ruslan managed to transform my hair without cutting too much. + Beautiful interior+ High-quality work by the master (I had a manicure and pedicure done by Olga - neat and the girl herself was pleasant).+ Pedicures are done in a separate room and the chair for it is comfortable+ Tea/coffee and sweets as a complement- For some reason, the administrator decided that I was a “sent Cossack”, which was indirectly made clear to me throughout the entire procedure. It’s impossible to relax when they look at you strangely and come into your office several times! When the payment was made, they still tried to convince me that I still work in the beauty industry 😂. Guys, come on, if you treat all people “from the street” like this, you won’t have enough nerves. I didn’t lower the rating, but it greatly spoiled the impression.
