Beautiful Boutique Gym, huge Cardio and Weight lifting areas, all divided into sections which makes it very easy to find everything easily! separate Training rooms as well! I really liked the interior design here, and the crowd is always very very classy which I like too! Everyone is helpful, the trainers here have 10+ years experience and are very nice, I really learned a lot here on my fitness journey. This is really the perfect place to train in dubai!

I believe this is the best gym so far. Love the atmosphere, the music, the people. It is a perfect club. Plenty of space, machines, helpful coaches. There is ladies area only as well, there is crossfit area, studio for classes, spa, steam room.... Amenities are top. I love to do my workouts here and chill in the dining area! 💪❤️

Had my first experience at SEVEN Gym and was quite impressed! The ladies gym has a great functional area, perfect for getting a solid workout in. I tried out a class, and it was fantastic! For hijabis, just a note: the changing area in the ladies’ room is located across from the mixed gym, so be prepared to change in the functional area. They offer complimentary valet parking on your first visit, which is super convenient. The prayer room is clean and very comfortable, and the steam room, although a bit too hot for my preference, was effective. The gym maintains a high standard of hygiene, providing towels and refreshing lemon water for members. Overall, a great place to work out!

I had the chance to experience Seven Wellness and it is by far the best gym in Dubai. The facility is ultra clean with all new equipment. There is a cafe serving hot made to order meals as well as healthy desserts.I did not have to wait for any machines and went on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm.With a spa on site you can have your hair done as well as massages. The staff was overly kind and attentive to each guest.I would like to come back and experience their classes.Overall, 5/5.

There are towels, Dyson hair dryer, water to drink.There is a free valet parking for the first attendance. Then it is 15 Aed. It is free if you buy a membership.Amazing place for working out.

I have visited seven recently as I heard a lot good about this place. Have been assisted by sweet and generous Venus, she was very helpful and show me around as the place is massive. They have two floors, where everybody can find something for themselves. The variety and the amount of equipment is impressive I didn’t have to wait to do any of my workouts. Love the fact that they have so many classes , boxing area cross fit area and all. Changing room is also well equipped, lockers, steam room a lot of greenery’s makes this fresh feeling. As someone who’s visited many of the gyms in Dubai, I have to say Seven wellness club may be the best gym here. The layout is absolutely amazing and literally has every machine and free weight setup you can think of. On top of that, there is an area for mma, boxing heavy bags, yoga, personal training, steam rooms, a restaurant, and much more. One thing I look for is a good energetic atmosphere. Seven has such a great vibe that it makes you want to keep returning. Another thing I look for is hygiene. This gym is so clean that every time a machine is used, there is someone who cleans the machine right away for the next person. Overall, I can honestly say this gym has it all and I definitely recommend anyone who wants the full fitness experience to sign up here.

Best gym in the city for sure. Very clean and all equipment is there. Staff very kind and helpful. There is a ladies only area in the gym which is amazing and quiet. There is a hip trust equipment in that area which is great too. I recommend 100% that’s my favorite gym!They now have a beauty salon too which is perfect and uses very good quality products!

Loved this gym. It had lots of equipment and it was very big. No long wait for equipment. The changing rooms are lovely and there’s a great cafe that serves the best food. Definitely recommend this gym as it has everything you need and more. This gym is so authentically pleasing, even the toilets are lovely and well equipped with infused water and other luxuries. They also have VIP parking.
