    It was a great experience, the staff is professional and friendly. The services I took is for phloreten treatment and hair colour. Wincy is the best at her work. Her detail to work and precision are commendable. Also did mani and pedi from Leah and Sarita. They are very good at their work.     The Senses Salon JLT - Finally found best salon in JLT for all Hair related Services 😍I got my hair lowlights/ half highlights and Keratin treatment and I am super happy with highly their professionalism and quality of service they provide.- Ms. Florence is very warm salon Manager. I just loved how she listens what I wanted and make it happen by suggesting the treatment and provide the best deal.- Ms. Marwa is simply magical with her skills and is very proffesional and experienced hair Expert. The way she pays attention to details with doing Lowlights on my hair is amazing.She explained in detail the difference between highlights, lowlights, ombre and balayage and suggested accordingly to my hair type.- Ms. Terry is so warm and did wonderful job.Thanks a million to the whole team !!

    My experience at senses salon was PERFECT. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with open arms.My hair used to be really curly, but thanks to their professional service, my hair looks sooo much straighter.The staff is really nice, and sweet!tip: go there on Tuesdays or Saturdays because they have 2 of the nicest staff are working in that day and they are really sweet!the products they use are awesome and their patience level is really out of this world, I needed to get my hair done again, literally after walking out of the salon and they did it very well!as well, they gave a lot of vouchers, which was super sweet!my hair loook awesome now and I’m definitely going there againIf your looking for a place to get a keratin, this is THE place to go it has everything!

    Fantastic salon! Mary at reception is amazing and so kind and passionate about the salon and the services.Leeha who did my hair was also superb and my hair is so soft now!And Gem gave me a great consultation for my eyebrow microblading.Very stylish and super clean salon.     It is my third time doing a hair treatment in Senses salon, and I have never been disappointed. The team is growing and the salon has improved in each visit. Wincy did an amazing job with my hair and Florence is such a friendly face to be greeted with! My only place to go for hair treatments and not trying anywhere else again, lesson learnt!

    Amazing service and the quality of the work done is impeccable. I had visited the salon on 27th December just to know the rates but to my surprise the rates were soo reasonable. I got a gel extension done for both my hands by Saritha and Leha , they were legit the best nail techs I’ve met in my life. They were patient and very professional in their work. Attention to detail was so precise .I am really impressed and I will definitely recommend the salon to everyone.

    I want to give very high commendation for this Salon, they do extra miles always with the customer and makes sure the wiork is done properly. They don’t rush to do the work, they always take time to in doing the work to make sure everything is done properly and make sure that customers are satisfied..     Had an excellent experience with the team in Senses. Right from the warm reception from Florence including her detailed discussion on my options for hair treatment I wanted. Leah was very gentle during my styling and head massage and Terry is very passionate about what she does! The toner and Brazilian Blowout was absolute perfection and she got the toner shade spot on to what I wanted! I have never had such shiny and smooth hair before with treatments elsewhere both in UK and Dubai! Zaida the owner is also very hospitable and the salon is very modern and nice!     My manicure and pedicure was done by Mia and it is the best ive ever gotten. Steam phloreten left my hair feeling soft and healthy and super shiny. The salon is nice and clean and the ladies are very careful. They pay attention to details and they dont rush to do the services, they do a proper consultation to help you understand your options according to your needs and then you can finally decide what you want.     A little proudly South African gem in the JLT. The salon is situated in Tiffany Towers. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly, my phone was giving connectivity issues and she kindly allowed me to use the Wi-Fi. The salon is clean, therapists were friendly and constantly offering me coffee. Terry was amazing, I did the Brazillian blowout, root colour and trim, she is so meticulous and I love how she put so effort into making sure my hair was done perfectly even though I was rushing her.I would however recommend letting people know before hand that the specials are not a set price, it would depend on the length of ur hair.Thank you for the wonderful treatment. Would definitely return.

    The ladies here are super! With a warm welcoming atmosphere, you are greeted with a smile everytime The blowdry was one of the best Ive had. They are very skilled even when it comes to my unruly mountain of hair! I highly reccomend a curly blow dry with Mama, she was excellent.

    The culture of this salon is awesome. You can see that in the way they interact as a team and with customers. I like that energy! It’s fabulous. I did their Brazilian Phloreten treatment it’s pricey, but I got to see the results before I paid meaning they washed my hair out after a 2 hour process to show me what I can expect at home.     Got my nails, and my mom got hair keratin, they are just AMAZING!So so worth it, Nancy did my moms hair and she is in love. The receptionist, Victoria is so damn sweet and adorable, so down to earth. The client service is just wow! Totally recommended ♥️

    The nail technicians here are amazing, i visited with my sisters and we had a great time. They have a lot of nail colors so you are not limited in any way. Senses salon feels like home, the staff members here are very polite and professional. One of my sisters tried the hair treatment and she loves the results. We will keep coming back to you .     It was a good experience in senses salon ,I took hair spa and they did quite good job. All the services are quite nice and reasonable. The staff is so polite and helpful, the lady who did my hair spa - Lan is really sweet.Victoria is also very soft and sweet. I fully recommend for this salon 👍

    I enjoyed my mani pedi from Senses. The technicians were very attentive and the reception provided great customer service like asking if I wanted water or tea and whether my service was going alright. Besides this they seem to also have great promotions and loyalty programs for customers and their friends. I would definitely like to visit them again!

    My mani pedi was done by Belle and she was absolutely amazing. They have so many beautiful colours to choose from. I love the service, the ladies are nice and smiling, they made us feel so welcomed and relaxed. I’ll keep coming back here. Highly recommend

    Senses Salon as one of the best salons I’ve come across. It was my first time and I fell in love with the cleanliness of the place, the nice atmosphere and the beautiful lake view are so relaxing. 👍All staff are well trained and very welcoming.❤️🙌 I had an amazing time and thanks to the incredible hairdresser Lan. My balayage is beautiful! You did an amazing job with my hair 😍 It was privileged to meet the owner Ms Zaida as well. She suggested balayage and choosing the best colour for my hair.     Senses salon is second to none in Dubai, they have good products and the most professional team Ive come across. The salon has beautiful vie2 and they offer a lot of services, hair colour, treatments, cuts, perming , manicure, pedicure, facial, waxing. Their brochure is pretty broad. I personally enjoyed the hospitality and beautiful view. Thank you senses, Ill come again

    I have been here few times before. Very clean and professional salon with amazing and friendly staff. Kudos to Victoria for being so kind and accommodating, Amina for the lovely hair massage, Eden for the beautiful blowout and Asma who shaped my eyebrows so well. All of them were so skilled in whatever they do. Will definitely come back! :):)
