    I had a 5 star experience with Salon by Mitz. I would say this is the best salon that pays attention to her customers and details. They made a perfect braid for me and excellent gel mani overlay. Lots of snacks were offered. The staff were exceptionally friendly and I am definitely recommending ever woman to go there. This place is a must visit for every girl that want to look gorgeous while being pampered.

    I haven’t trusted anyone,my hair was a complete mess… postpartum hair loss ect. I went to Kelly and she made me feel relax I was like Kelly do whatever you think is best for me and she didn’t disappoint… Didn’t over sell told me exactly what to expect and I’ve let her do what she had to….     So impressed with the service! From making an appointment till I walked out the door, it was a great experience. Everyone was super lovely and helpful, and Rosadah did my curly cut & style and it was absolutely perfect. She was very understanding, heard what I wanted and gave me her input and together we created the best haircut for me. She was super sweet and an expert with curly hair. This won’t be the last time I visit and I highly recommend this place.

    Went in for a japanese silk treatment. My hair are constantly in salt or pool water so the state was desperate. You do see the results after the first treatment and the hair feel so natural! After 10 days they are still surviving the harsh working conditions, still soft and definitely less tangles.It was the first treatment... ButI already know I will return for the second. If you have dry and damaged her - treat yourself to this one.Regards to all, Dorota

    I have been here and had a curly cut and style with Kelly this morning. She is so professional and completely transformed my hair.     Absolutely blessed to have found such an amazing Salon in Dubai! I just moved to Dubai from AD and spent hours trying to find a place to do my hair, I mean you can’t trust just anyone with your hair as it’s on you 24/7! This place makes me walk out feeling beautiful and my hair so healthy! The atmosphere and staff is amazing ! Thank you to my now forever hair place to go to!

    Visiting from out of the country and my boyfriend found this salon driving by. I was able to make an appointment same day and even though I made the appointment for the wrong service (as its different from what I have done in the U.S.), the staff worked together as a team to provide the service I wanted without making me feel like a burden. They were so nice, friendly, great conversation and the overall atmosphere was very comforting and pleasant. And most importantly, my nails and toes look AMAZING! Fay is an incredible nail artist with strong attention to detail. And Bianca took extra time to make sure my feet and toes look and feel great. I will definitely be back next time I am in Dubai!

    I CANNOT RECOMMEND CRISTAL MANSON @ SALON BY MITZ ENOUGH. Cristal is a phenomenal color expert and hairstylist. She is South African she specialize in blondes, colors in general and short haircuts. Actions speak louder than words, you can clearly see that Cristal has over 20yrs experience in top salons in South Africa. (See my before and after)

    Its my second time I come here for full color and highlights. Staff are friendly and music is great. My stylist Roshinda knows how to deal with my curly hair and shes the only one i trust to bleach my hair. She understands my hair and knows the right formula that works with my hair. I didn’t post any pics but anyone with curly hair knows how hard it to find stylists who really bring the best out of our hair. My stylist always make me feel more in love with my hair and really embrace my journey of leaving my hair natural.

    Where do I begin? I have just come out of the best cut and style I have ever had in my 4 years of living in Dubai! As a curly haired girl I really can’t put into words how happy and blessed I feel to have met Rosadah.     Yesterday it was my first visit to the salon for Full head of Highlights. First impression was a calm and welcoming environment. Aisha did my hair color, she is very sweet along with being extremely professional. Her application skills are perfect. Additionally, I like that she is flexible in discussing what the client prefers and later on giving her expert advise. Further, I liked the salon manager’s warm demeanor, she was courteous enough to greet and say her sweet goodbyes. This shows how every customer is valued. Moreover very reasonably priced, I hope it stays this way. I would highly recommend this salon and already look forward to my next appointment :). Thank you for all the hard work you do ♥️♥️♥️

    Came the other day on short notice for a layered cut w bangs, Kelly cut my hair and she did a really fantastic job.She was super professional, nice, and listened to what i wanted and i couldn’t love my new haircut more🩷I would definitely return & recommend this salon.     I am so glad I found Salon By Mitz...I would travel from South Africa every time I need treatments done! From the start of my appointment I was truly treated amazingly! I received a neck and shoulders massage which relieved my stress immediately! I was asked on numerous occasions if I was comfortable and needed anything.Everyone around me says that they have never seen my hair this beautiful, EVER! I am so thankful for this team!     What a fantastic salon. After being met by the stylish decor, you are then greeted by a collection of polite friendly and helpful staff. Lisa the nail technicial is creative and meticulous, you will leave with your nails looking better than you EVER thought possible. No double dipping with the waxing process, not only left me with a perfect hair free finish, but also a hygiene level that is second to none. Mitz did my colour, and talked me through the entire process, using products and processes to ensure the health of my hair, and the final colour looks amazing. I recommend this salon to everyone if you havent yet been, go check them out you will not be disappointed!

    I have just returned from a lovely evening getting my hair coloured and styled, eyebrows waxed and pedicure. This salon and the ladies in it, make you feel great and cared for. They take the time to ensure everything is the best it can possibly be whilst still being friendly and fun. Love it everytime and would definitely recommend to those looking for a new salon to visit - you wont be disappointed!

    I highly recommend Salon By Mitz. I have my lashes, nails, eyebrows and hair done here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and attentive. A lovely experience and fabulous results. Recently, had my hair done elsewhere and was not completely satisfied but a toner and treatment here has left me with the result I was looking for. They are also always so accommodating to try and provide me with an appointment even when it is last minute.

    I have visited the salon twice.I immediately liked the atmosphere when I stepped through the door. The staff is really friendly and welcoming.     I heard about this Salon from our community group,What a fantastic salon, all staff are polite friendly and helpful. Lisa the nail technician is very creative and professional.     I visited Mitz salon a month ago and had one of the best experience in my last 14 years in Dubai. I had a very honest consultation where I felt really taken care of and not upsold unnecessary services.My color is still going strong after 4 weeks while I usually have to do it after 3 weeks. Super haircut and treatment and 20%discount because it was my first visit: what else to ask?! Heading back very soon!

    The most cozy place in the world! And I have no words for how happy I am with Rosadah as hairdresser. She listen to me, and made me a treatment-plan for my concerns.     I have been to the salon 2xs so far. The first time was for a basic wash and blow dry and the other for keratin. For my first visit, I was personally taken care of by the owner! She is such a lovely, kind hearted, down to earth person. She explained her reasoning behind the way she decorated the salon and what she was hoping to achieve. I could really see. her vision in her layout. The customer service is ver high. I understand everyone has different views and experiences but personally I am amazed at the hospitality you receive when you go there. I have only been 2xs so far but I feel like Ive been going there for years. I feel very comfortable and at home in that environment. The owner takes her time to check up on me and this is very much appreciated. She treats her staff well from what I can see and is respectful. The lady that did my keratin, unfortunately I forgot her name, was very lovely and took really good care of my hair. I could see that she enjoys her job and she did an amazing job. I must say she did start by introducing herself but I am personally bad with names :s Overall, I am very impressed with this salon and I love the name! I must add that what caught my eye was the outside design of the Salon. I highly recommend this place and I hope you have the same experience as I did.

    Mitz and her team are amazing and so professional. The salon is clean and gorgeously chic. For a brand new salon, they were quite busy but attentive to all the clients. Everyone left happy including me! Mitz is a balayage magician - she completely transformed my hair and finally gave me the beach hair I’ve always wanted and didn’t bankrupt me like other disappointing salons I’ve been to.

    I have visited the salon for manicure/pedicure and very recently for a hair cut and they have such professional, humble n experienced staff which is very very impressive.I have never ever received so many compliments for a hair cut and every bit of credit goes to Tamah. She is such a gem- she knows her game so well, very experienced hairstyle- the moment she saw my hair, she explained what kinda hair cut would suit my face, how’s she gonna do that, length of the cut etc etc. she did an incredible job with my hair, the result she delivered was absolutely beyond my expectations tbh....     Loved the balayage that was achieved today. Amazing friendly staff that work there.the atmosphere in the saloon is so chilled and calm.I also liked that the staff were so professional, did not bother me with personal life questions, like sometimes in some saloons they do. I was happy to finally find someone that knows about short hair and does exactly what you ask for, even giving nice recommendations and explaining the process.Also for the best head massage while shampooing ever!From now on my place to go in Dubai.Second time at this salon and got an Amazing haircut by Nimra.     Honestly, the salon is a little costly but they use top-notch products like Dyson. Id pay for Rosadahs blow dry, but not for others. Its 120 without extensions, 200 with. At these rates, youd anticipate an impeccable wash and blow dry. Only Rosadah met my expectations ♥️To be honest, the salon is elegant and tidy and all their products are of high quality. I like using the Dyson hairdryer because it is gentle on the hair. Prices tend to be expensive because they are similar to hotel lounge prices, so expectations rise and you wait for an exceptional result. The cost of the hairdryer without extension is 120 and with extension is 200! To be honest, I like the Rosada hairdryer and I can pay the mentioned amount. However, I would not pay the same amount to a hairdresser with less skills.
