The foot massage was incredibly relaxing, and I could tell that only high-quality products were being used. My feet felt refreshed, soft, and completely renewed.Overall, I left feeling pampered and extremely satisfied. I used to use chemical based hair treatment years ago resulting in damaged, dry, rough and frizzy hair. I was looking for a salon who could provide me with the least chemical based treatment. After hunting for months, one day my eyes hit on Red Velvet salon while searching on google. The reviews were convincing enough to take me to its door. There I met Ms Farida, the calm and polite lady with all her ears to hear me out patiently and understand my problem. She suggested to go for hair botox with her recommended products and assured not to bother for hair damaging. Ms Pratiksha and Kavita took over the responsibility of the procedure. Very diligently, sincerely and patiently they took care of my hair. The result was amazing and I am so delighted to see my frizz-less hair, couldnt stop touching my hair again and again. Thanks to Ms Farida under whose guidance her team did an excellent job as per my need and satisfaction. Going further, now I started using their other regular services as well which are equally good and recommendable especially the lycon wax.

I had an excellent experience at Red Velvet Salon. I was looking for a place to do waxing for sensitive skin with Lycon wax in Abu Dhabi, but not all salons provide this service, so I travelled to Dubai to Red Velvet Salon that uses Lycon wax. I had reached the salon almost when it was closing but the staff were very patient and accommodating. Ms.Farida, the owner was very welcoming and gracious and made us feel at home. I, then also added highlights to my hair and was very happy with the results. Red Velvet is now my go to Salon in Dubai and I definitely recommend it!

All the staff are very good at what they do especially Kavitha for her facial, Leena for henna and Pratiksha for the haircut. I got my first ever hair Botox done here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon for it. I will share my experience here because it is important to help you make your decision. I had thin, extremely frizzy hair, severely damaged by heat and chemicals. I was desperate for a solution that would make it look healthy and a kind colleague of mine suggested Botox or protein treatment. I was very nervous as I had gotten keratin done a long time ago and my hair looked super flat and just did not suit my big face. I looked up google and found good reviews about Red Velvet and decided to give it a go. BEST DECISION Ive ever made for my hair and peace of mind. Farida and her team took the time to understand my concerns and fears, tailored the Botox treatment to my needs and expectations of volume and gave it their best.Hear me out here. :) Soon after the treatment, I was shocked to see my hair flat. I was really upset and was on the verge of deciding to take it all off. I called Farida and expressed how I felt. She was so kind, compassionate and assured me that the hair would get its volume back. She checked up on me for the next few days,guiding me on the aftercare to get the volume back and VOILA! it worked. Anu and the owner is so kind. It was my first time visiting the salon since i have dropped by for some work nearby . Anu was really good at eyebrow threading. I have not done it for few months now and usually it would hurt but she handled it well and she was fast. The place is clean and very hygienic. I have done the full hand waxing too and it was really perfect. The way she does the job is smooth and very detailed as she checks if there are hairs she missed. The owner is so friendly and helpful.Kudos to the anu and owner. No wonder people comes back.
