Although we walked in within about half an hour of the salon’s closing time, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff at the reception. i just got a wash & dry (90 AED). the hair stylist was great, very attentive, and gave me a great head massage while washing my hair. overall, a great experience and would definitely come back!

A very beautiful, upscale salon with experts in dealing with customers. My mother and I went and had a Moroccan bath. It was our first experience with a therapist, Bahiya. She was really nice and cared about the cleanliness of the place where we bathed more than anyone before, and she was very professional in her treatment. We are really very satisfied. I moved to Al Khawaneej area six months ago and searched multiple times for salons but couldnt find one at the level of this salon. The services are excellent. The staff are highly professional. Every week, I go for manicure and pedicure services by Anna and Bimala, the two beautiful ladies who excel in their work sincerely. In addition to hair, eyelash, and eyebrow services, I also love their hospitality, which goes beyond just tea and coffee to popcorn. ♥️

I recently visited this salon and was incredibly impressed by their exceptional cleanliness. The salon exuded a welcoming atmosphere, and the staffs friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. It was refreshing to experience such a warm environment where everyone was treated with respect and without any hint of racism, being a Filipino this matters to me.I did avail their services for Moroccan bath, body massage, manicure and pedicure gellish, I also did lashes extension. However, on the other note, I am not fully impressed with their manicure and pedicure services, the beautician had made cut some of skin. I felt my pedicure was not well done. And the worst was my lashes extension, she really took long time and she mention all the time that it was because of her tweezors? I’m not sure how to call it, and she reported it long time and she is not being given with new paraphernalia if I may call it that way. The charge of lashes extension was way out parallel with the service, i was completely disappointed.

Ive been to many salons, but this one truly stands out as one of the best. Ive tried multiple services here, and each one has been consistently exceptional. The mani-pedi was wonderful. My brows were done by Pushpa, also went smoothly.However, the highlight of my experience was the Moroccan bath, which was an absolute delight. Aziza, the lady who performed the service, was amazing. She made me feel thoroughly pampered, providing the kind of luxurious experience every woman should have during a Moroccan bath. The post-Moroccan bath area was incredibly relaxing, allowing me to unwind after such a relaxing service.I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone, especially for the Moroccan bath.

Went in for a hair consultation with Mariam at the Khawaneej Branch. I went putting in mind I wanted the BB cream treatment but as hair stylist who has being doing this for so long recommend otherwise. The good thing about Mariam that she really wanted me to do the right hair treatment for my hair. I must say, this salon has been my go to in terms of nails as well. Im always satisfied when I come out. Thank you Mia Bella team! P.S you stole my heart with the salty popcorn 🤣♥️

This is my third visit. Asmita is the best. My service was the ginger hair treatment, trim, blowdry, & mani & pedi. It was not busy so the staff were friendlier and more relaxed.My second visit was mani & pedi, blowdry and eyebrows. The nails section was nice & clean, & the service was great, no irritation or bleeding or sharp objects used on my nails. Eyebrow service was honestly below average. The blowdry service was HIDEOUS. I asked for a voluminous blowdry and I got pin straight hair and she proceeded to use the iron for the “roots” but passed it on my hair and it made the whole situation worse. I had to go home & wash my hair & redo it.My first service was for morrocan bath, massage, and blowdry. The Royal hammam was great. The service itself and the feeling after was phenomenal. She even gave me an ice facial afterwards. However, the ladies sitting at the post bath lounge were loud, & they weren’t getting any services they were just there to chat. The Thai massage was good. The blowdry was great, unfortunately I didn’t get the hairstylist’s name.I noticed that yes, the prices here are definitely higher. Service tends to be rushed when they are busy. & the service is not always consistent. If I like the service, I have to ask for the lady’s name to book again with the same reference.
