    After looking for long for a good salon to get my hair coloured, I think I finally found one!! I told Majd that I wanted NO BLEACH hair colour and he delivered!! He was very patient through the whole process and listened to my very specific requests regarding how I wanted my hair. The entire staff, especially Majd, was extremely friendly and super direct. For the best result, trust the stylist and ensure you convey exactly what you’re looking for.

    For the first time in six years, I finally found a salon that can treat my hair properly!I have long, frizzy hair and struggled to choose the perfect shade of black. Khalil suggested blue-black, and it turned out amazing!The staff are really nice and friendly, but my favorite is Ward. This time I received keratin hair treatment from Majd Shady and was happy with his meticulousness and professionalism. He was very particular at getting it done right. This is a great trait for me, especially after getting a mediocre keratin treatment at another salon 2 months prior where their staff skipped straightening inner layer of hair. The only drawback is that I wish he had listened to my feedback and was more careful with straightening too close to my scalp which at times hurt my scalp. She’s all ears of what you want and giving suggestions + reality checks of what is achievable instead of giving fake hopes. Thank you for trying your best and the extra miles of doing a bleach test.Cons: They do it differently from asian countries, i mean at least it’s different from how Malaysia salon is doing it. Back home hairstylists will defo make it happen no matter by re-dyeing the hair even if its gonna take a full sit 12 hours or come back the next day again to make it happen. Here is kinda like a one time dye and suggesting to come back months later when natural hair grows out. I like that Khalil taking his time to know his clients, talking to them and making sure every customer is happy.Khalil always follow my vision, discussing with me what I want or advice what looks good for me.I genuinely trust him so many time he suprised me with wow effect.The most importantly I always have natural blond look, they way I love the most.I the salon you feel like a home. Always being served nice coffee without asking. Design is really relaxing and warm.Couldnt be more happier and I am going to Ivy almost 5 years.❤️❤️

    The experience was more than amazing. It exceeded my expectations. Majd, who was my hairdresser is an artist. We chat before to understand what i want, he gave his expert opinion .     Love my hair! I was so nervous about coloring my hair AND getting bangs - but Mariam was simply a pro! I wanted a cool toned blonde balayage and she DELIVERED! It’s so beautiful, I’m in love!     Im just writing about my experience, but eventually, it was good results.It was a very tough journey for me as after checking and testing on my hair, they decided to go for highlights and even they cut my hair short explaining that my hair are damaged but due to some personal preferences, they asked me to leave after all these.When I told them that, why did they waste my time and tested and kept on taking picture of hair all the time.They asked me to send them consent via WhatsApp and brought a paper that was saying that I had no issue for bleaching my hair for highlights, which I said no issue which took another 20minutes for company approval. I felt rejected based on my skin color as per their vibes and talk in the saloon.From 2 p.m., my hair color started around 3.49pm.Marc was extremely reluctant to do the highlights in this package, and the reception guy khaleed told me to leave. but eventally, when I resisted , they started with all hate.Marc was a professional guy at last, and even after all, he dont wanted discussions. He handled my hair very carefully and gave my hair the best result. They apologized all at the end because of my calm attitude and good hair result. Best result in hair color. I asked them if they would welcome me again if I decided to come again after all rejection and their apologizes, and they said that they would no issue.Younes was the best guy who made me feel less wanted in the saloon and nicely treated regardless of my rejection, which I felt throughout due to nationality and skin color.
