I got my keratin hair treatment + hair dye from Iris Eye Beauty Salon, and I am so happy with the result. They are giving exceptional service and the products used are great as they are organic. The staff is super friendly but very professional. Their customer service is also great, very prompt in replying to all the queries and also correctly guiding the customers about the options suitable for them. Extremely satisfied and happy customer and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I had the organic botox treatment done by the team. I have to thank Jasbir for being so patient with me. It is not easy to stand and do this process for hours. She is amazing at what she does. She is super professional and kind. The whole team is very proactive and efficient. I will definitely go back for my hair treatments in the future. I hope that they nail artists to do extensions and Russian manicure. I only wish more success to the team.

Muskan did a wonderful job with my hair trim and blow dry! She cut the exact amount I asked her to unlike many other hair salons I’ve been too.The salon was clean, they also have very economical packages where you can use different services and also share it in case you can’t finish it in one go!Edit: 30/5/21Super disappointed with the service today. Don’t get your nails done here unless Rose is doing it. I guess I should’ve specifically asked for her. Took more than an hour to get a mani pedi done because the staff chose to entertain walk in’s even though I had taken an appointment.

Very neat and clean, professional staff and very accommodative owner.Rose is my go-to nail artist, she makes me so comfortable and is very creative.Nayab is an amazing make up artist and she is very good with waxing, threading and hair treatment.Jasbir is good with facial and fab with botox treatments.The girls have their talent and I will keep going back for them!

As much as I was upset about my appointment being cancelled on 25th Nov (due to salon renovation) I think the salon made it up to me for it! I went for my vacation n came back to have the most delightful experience ever. Ms. Rose aka Meryam, is the star 🌟 I must say. After my manicure I just cant stop looking at my hands, this was by far the best Acrylic extensions Ive ever had. Neat and absolutely natural looking. She was patient with my hand, didnt hurt or make them bleed and told me how to take care of them so they last long (that I thought was a very sweet touch to the service) then came waxing, as painful it was, she tried diverting my mind from the pain by talking to me everytime she pulled the strip 😂 Im telling you! That was definitely required like a doctor she was during a small surgery. Then came the relaxing part, I had a facial done which was a totally different n calming experience in the day plus I had this lower back pain for a very long time now bcuz of which my back was stiff after the facial, and Rose came to the rescue here too.. she sort of twisted or massaged it in a way n the pain was gone. ❤️ The key is, when we take an appointment as a customer, we expect 100% attention at that time so we take home a great experience with us and thats what lacks in other salons. N I must admit, Iris eye - specially Rose did an excellent job in fulfilling those expectations. ❤️

The philipino lady who committed to do the hair of the deal offer of 499 ,never did anything ,she just wanted to engage me by saying I will manage as she was already doing the work of some other lady ,and another girl arti did it .though she was not bad but not as strong as the other one who should have done .so its like a trap and once you are seated ,they will start with the helper and continue with her as you cant leave halway
