Love Love Clodagh she saved my hair for my wedding turned my over processed hair back to my natural chocolate heathy hair! Being welcomed by the receptionist with the most beautiful smile and the team who light up the space with their energy asking you if youd like to have a coffee (which is divine by the way), to my dedicated corner space, to attaining the services I book be it hair coloring, hair cut or blow dry - all done with grace, kindness and love. I can’t recommend Headkase salon enough. It is one of the best places. I had my color done today with beautiful Florentyna, she was amazing. All the staff are great and they take really good care of you. The lady that washed my hair was very sweet and gave me the best head massage. More over the chairs at the washing area are super comfortable! One where you can really relax without breaking your neck! Super cool place with great vibe.

After a long time, I booked a haircut with Tracy. Despite making early arrangements to make it on time for the appointment, I ended up running late. They were very considerate and patient and waited for me. Finally I arrived. Although I was 15 minutes late, the service (from the shampooing of my hair to the haircut) was never hurried. I enjoyed the massage during the shampoo. I felt de-stressed I went through to make it for my appointment. I can see how Tracy took time to ensure that I get the style I showed her. I am so happy walking out of the salon achieving the hairstyle I wanted. The entire team were very warm and professional. Till my next appointment.

I couldnt recommend this salon enough - the stylists are so creative and wlel trained, they really know their stuff. I had virgin hair with the want for very natural baliage/ombre and I got exactly that. Whatever way they treated my hair and the colour they used really meant that even with the blond and honey tones, my hair was still so healthy - didnt dry or tangle with the colour. All of that and more on offer at Headkase, the customer service is also second to none and the energy and banter is 100% unmatchable. You can just tell all the staff get on like a house on fire, which I always take as a string reflection on outstanding management. Keep up the amazigmng work ladies! X

Very professional from the phone booking your appointment to when you arrive pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.they have your records from previous appointments to when you had a treatment or hair cut last. The stylist are very honest and knowledgeable about what your hair needs.the head massage while having your colour washed is a dream. the attention to detail and little touches make this salon stand out they are a bit more expensive but its money well spend my hair thanks me and I feel great when I leave.I only wish I had found this salon years ago.
