This thoughtful gesture made the process seamless.I decided on Pink Horizon #2871 for my hard gel nail extensions, and I couldnt be happier with my choice. My nail technician, Jena, was not only amiable and delightful to chat with, but also demonstrated remarkable skill and grace in her work.Freya Beauty is a charming and impeccably clean salon, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients. I highly recommend their services and will certainly be returning in the future.

Update : I came back for a blow dry and curls and it was the best time my hair was perfect for four days after and it was very moisturizing and bouncingFirst time in the salon and I did Gel polish , usually my nails are sensitive but technician Ashmye was amazing I didn’t even feel time passing she asked me about my nail condition and what I would like to have as outcome before starting, she was so nice and friendly and the receptionist Blanca was so kind she offered me coffee and water and she was very helpful during my appointmentThe salon itself has good staff and service as well as comfortable chairs and good light coming from the windows , decoration is so nice too they took care of the smallest details.I even noticed the hairstylist there doing some amazing hair styles so definitely gonna try that next timeGood job by the owner and staff definitely coming back ❤️

I was here for hair cut , k18 treatment and blowdry. Salon is very clean . Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. Beautiful results done by hair specialists Carly , she is so kind and professional that she will explain every step she will do from shampooing , k18 treatment to blow dry. Beautiful results !! My hair is soft and bouncy. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Freya, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! The nail technician Ashyme, was incredibly skilled and attentive. She took the time to discuss my preferences and offered helpful suggestions that suited my style; the salon itself is beautifully decorated. I appreciated their extensive selection of polishes and the use of high quality products. My manicure turned out flawless, perfectly shaped nails and with a very vibrant red color.The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Blanca, who made the entire visit enjoyable. I loved my experience at Freya salon. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and ready to help. They also use all high quality products. I’ve seen the stylist Desiree, she took her time on my thick , long hair and she seriously gave me one of my best haircuts I’ve ever had, she did exactly what I had asked for, she absolutely transformed my hair. She has turned my hair the best it’s ever looked, she is very talented. I’m so happy and relieved to have finally found my new hair salon. My hair cut and highlights by Aisha (apologies if I’ve spelt her name wrong) were lovely. I love the highlight colour that she chose - it looks natural whilst also giving volume, and when my roots start showing it’ll look very seamless. I have short hair and I’m always nervous going to a new hair stylist, as short hair (especially short, fine hair) can very easily be messed up! But she took all my preferences on board (layers for volume, easy to style) and it looks great.She also styled my hair with curls - looked lovely but unfortunately the curls were pretty much gone an hour later. This could’ve been because of the heat outside, though.The whole process took 4 hours (waiting for the colour to sit, then applying the toner), so keep that in mind.

But Tina, she who does not talk much (I love it as sometimes you just want nails to be done without talking) applied the base very thoroughly- Her base work is impeccable hence her colouring part could not go wrong.Even though I do not want this place to be super busy but I cannot help saying that I do strongly recommend this place, especially Tina (If you want nail art). Corrigan is an absolute hair legend! I followed her from another Dubai salon as she is the first hair stylist who has actually listened to what I want and made it work! Shes a top notch colourist and has turned my hair from meh to pink and now to copper. Highly recommended!

The nail polish collection was good and varied.Over all really impressed and will be revisiting again.The technician Lisa was wonderful. She took her time and did an amazing job. So pleased. Been having my hair done by Desiree for years, have followed her whenever she has changed salons. Had my first visit to Freya and what a lovely experience! So light and airy with wonderful greenery outside! I had a protein hair treatment with Desiree and then a mani/pedi/eyebrows with Novi and Jenna, extremely happy with all of the services, especially the hair, as usual 🙂! And will definitely be recommending Freya to friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

I came here for Acrylic ovelay since my usually salon didnt have free appt on that day. So I decided to come and test.Lisa was my technician and Im very satisfied with her work. She is very detailed, dedicated, and it is noticeable that she is a professional in her work. Since she was taking off the previous work, it took her more time which is perfectly fine as expected. Next time Ill do only a refill and that will require less time. For her work 5 stars.Overall impression of salon:The salon is modern and nicely decorated. Its missing a little music, because the atmosphere is quiet. What I didnt like is that I was there for more than 2.5 hours and they did not even offer me a glass of water. I also dont like that they are saving material so I got only two layers of gel on my nails, which is okay for my light color, but if I had chosen a more intense color then two layers would not have been enough and the color would not have been uniform. This part is for 3 stars.They have 20% off for new customers and every Tuesday and Wednesday 30% off for all services which is great.

I was very much impressed by the quality of hair coloring and hair extensions I got in this salon. I have been served by two extremely professional ladies - Tatiana (for hair coloring) and Elena (for extensions). Ladies spent with me the whole day till late night to finish the job, as I had a lot of hair, and I was super happy with the result. Their work was very precise, coordinated and now my long hair looks very natural and beautiful! Highly recommend these ladies!
