    It was an amazing experience with Ozzy and his team. The facilities are amazing and I loved the interior design, the warm atmosphere and the greenery outside in the garden. It is not too crowded which is very important for me. The detox water was just a blessing recalling me flavors from my country. The Turkish tea and coffee with the sweets were just delicious! The hospitality of the team was obvious and very appreciated. The hair treatment and color are perfect and the result is just what I want. Ozzy is extremely talented and I trust him 100%.     I wanted purple hair, that did not quite turn up as I expected in the first go. But the experience after getting my hair done is what I absolutely loved - I gave a feedback to Ozzy, he almost instantly requested me to come over to fix my hair. My hair stylist Adnan with his assistant Asmat took over and gave me this brilliant purple hair that I wanted since ages. It’s a hard colour to stay for long but that’s a given, they informed me as well. Though, if you want something exciting for your hair.. I would definitely recommend this hair salon. It’s given that they do a lot with browns and ashes, however they did equally well with my exciting choice of color! Love the team, the assisting staff, everyone is fun and kind.Additionally, odd observation but an important one - they have incredibly comfortable hair wash sinks! I usually dread doing my hair because most of the salons don’t have the ideal support to rest your neck for long. So if this is something that bothers you too then you know where to go 😂

    The team are so welcoming and helpful, it was a great experience in the branch, Ozzy is a hair extraordinaire who always brings it and never disappoints. He understands exactly what you are looking for and what your hair needs .. Hair color was on point as always! The team including Adnan and Joshi were outstanding. Adnan can style better than any and my hair lasted for days . Joshi was a great assistant and gives a killer head massage.

However, my expectations were swiftly overturned as I was promptly attended to upon entering the salon, despite my early arrival.The ambiance was enchanting, adorned with floral arrangements in celebration of International Womens Day. To my delight, I was presented with a charming gift bag containing a rose and select products from the salon. Having resided in Dubai for two years, my previous experiences with hairdressers left much to be desired. As a person of mixed race, finding someone capable of handling my hair appropriately has been a persistent challenge. Additionally, my sensitive scalp often left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued client. Yet, at Emre, my concerns were not only acknowledged but also genuinely listened to.My appointment involved the removal and reinstallation of extensions, a task that had left me feeling self-conscious due to a prior unsatisfactory experience. However, from the outset, I was met with professionalism and attentiveness. The gentle handling of the tape extensions removal, accompanied by thoughtful inquiries about my comfort, demonstrated a level of care that exceeded my expectations.The subsequent dandruff treatment was transformative. Despite battling this issue for as long as I can recall, the treatment administered effectively eradicated the problem.
