    Amazing experience! This was the first time I ever got any type of nail extension and the job Elly did looks immaculate, both color and design. The 15minute massage from Kian was a great treat bc sitting in the salon chair for 3 hours did get me a bit stiff. Now all I have to do is get used to the longer nails 😉

    Very nice service, have tried , mani pedi , massage with hot stones that felt like the knots on my shoulder and back where being soften . Recently did eyelashes and brows tint I’m very happy with the results.Love the decor , and the professional service. The cleanness is super important and I would give them a full 10!

    I just got a haircut at Casa Havana and honestly couldn’t be more happier with the result. I have to sincerely thank Tee for her 1) welcoming and kind personality, she made me feel very comfortable to trust her and she did a great consultation beforehand in order to see what exact type of haircut I was going for. 2) she not only did mine but also my mothers hair and was able to keep us both happy and satisfied despite the two haircuts being so majorly different from one another ( she is very skilled and talented)I built a trust with her because she really listened to what the client wants and if I was to advise any future clients, I would highly recommend Tee. :) Overall would also like to point out the staff is very kind and welcoming at Casa Havana. Will be going back to them for sure!

    I really enjoyed my time here so much so that I brought my sister in the next day! Tee is such a great and understanding hairdresser and her consultation with me about my hair really helped me understand its needs. The keratin products she used were amazing and I have never felt my hair so lightweight and didnt expect my hair to feel so healthy! I will definitely be coming back again, and Im sure their other services are great too. Thanks Tee!

    Souad the hairstylist is the best. She is a real artist. The way she cuted my hair and did the hair style is amazing. She can deal with the most difficult hair profile thick hair, damaged hair, dry hair, long hair, and she is strong on blow dry that can last for days keeping a good shape.     Honestly the best salon in Dubai. Everything is divided in separate rooms and areas and its a truly relaxing experience.Their stylist Tee was lovely and very helpful, she found the best shampoo for me, Ive struggled for years to find the right shampoo for my hair type. She listened to my expectations in terms of my hair and did a wonderful job.. I felt younger when i left the salon.The staff is not pushy to sell you things, which is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and professional.The atmosphere in this place is so zen, I could write a whole paragraph and still it wont be enough to express how well thought this place is. Its clean, its calming and the staff is amazing.

    After trying several salons in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, this is the only place I go for hair services! I have regularly seen Tee for the last 2 years. She listens to what I want, makes it work for my hair, and is always happy to recommend products or tools when I ask for something specific.     It’s been years that i have not trusted anyone but TEE with my hair. I have never left the salon not feeling satisfied or 10x fresher than usual. She has magic hands, she reads ur face and knows exactly what suits you. my cuts are always complimented and ill always recommend TEE to anyone. The staff is also very sweet, very kind, and very polite. Phee also assists with my hair and she’s such a ray of sunshine. highly recommend.

    Its my first visit to Casa Havana and my experience was outstanding from the moment I walked in. Warm reception, a lovely lady gave me a tour of the place. I heard about this place from Khalejette on social media and I went for a hair trim with the Fabulous Suad🥰 I will be following her anywhere she goes. She is an expert and has what we refer to as green hands and says a little prayer before she begins as she believes hair can feel happy or sad with the way its handled and treated. She gave me a beautiful hair trim. I havent seen my hair look that fresh and bouncy and shiny in a long time. She gives a clean simple cut with just enough style to suit your hair style and texture. I have already recommended her to my sister and girlfriends. They also gave me a complimentary foot massage as a first timer with them with an amazing lady called Made. I am definitely trying a full body massage with her.If you need a hair cut, dont think twice Soaud is the go to person. I wont be trying anyone else so as she is here

    Had a haircut disaster in another salon and two days later Casa Havana saved my hair within minutes! It is located in a nice neighbourhood with lovely decor. You will be greeted by delightful Mary at the reception.     Casa Havana is the ultimate beauty experience, I always look forward to visiting the salon for my nail and hair appointments. The staff always greet you by name on arrival and the salon is such a warm and friendly place. The staff that do my gel manicure and pedicure are lovely and do a very professional job. I had my hair highlighted and cut 3 weeks go at the salon, the stylist is very talented and listened carefully to what i wanted, the whole experience was very relaxing and pure indulgence.     The best hair stylist in Dubai is Tee at Casa Havana Salon on Al Wasl Road.After 14 years in Dubai, I finally found a hair stylist that knows her stuff. Tee understood what my needs were and did exactly what needed to be done to fix my issues. She listened to my problem and managed to actually do the right thing. I am so happy every time I leave her with my new haircut. She will be my hairstylist till one of us moves out of the country. She is THE BEST!!!!

    I cut my hair with Souad for the second time today.. SHE IS AMAZING! I keep coming back to her bc her cuts are so clean and she styles the hair nicely! My hair grew back quickly i am so happy with my past results and came back to freshen up after 3 months. I would recommend her for hair cut and styling i promise you will not regret it.

    This is the best salon in Dubai with the best stylists! Everyone is extremely professional and amazing at what they do. It’s the only salon I’ll use for my hair! Debs is amazing with curls and gave me the best perm I could have asked for. Sound is absolutely wonderful with colour! I went from black to blonde and she gave me the perfect result with a smooth, vanilla colour, no damage and she was relentless at making sure the colour was just what I asked for.Great place and amazing staff who are extremely professional and very passionate about what they do. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

    I just went a few days ago and the service over there is just amazing! The stylist Souad is AMAAAZING! She knows hair and she knows exactly what your hair needs. I went to get my hair trimmed and layered a bit and she gave my hair life! The hairstyle that she gave me lasted me 4 days! FOUR DAYS! And my hair usually falls within the first fews hours with any other stylist but Souaad is like a guru! Make sure to ask for her when you go!

    After many years I decided to get my hair cut short. Souad recommend me to get curtain bangs and layers and honestly best decision ever.     Had a wonderful experience at Casa Havana Salon, Souad is one of the very few hairstylists and colorists in Dubai who can make the perfect shades of blonds, highlights and toner. Their staff has accommodated early morning scheduling both at my home and at their salon. They are able to work quickly and the work done is very polished and lasts all day.     Casa Havana has been my go to for all my basic beauty requirements for over a year now since moving to Dubai. They are friendly professional and absolutely best value for money. I would always check what prices of hair services are as this can be a bit confusing at first( each stylist has differing prices) but as for quality and professionalism you can count on them to do the job. I have gel mani pedis every time and find it relaxing and thorough. They always go out of their way to make me feel pampered. Also the best body massages from Mira. Love Casa Havana

    Great place, beautiful decor great staff, love the Cuban Theme and music playing. I have been to several salons for gel nails and this place tops them all. Tonia was exceptional.     I have been a loyal customer for around 4 years now and have always appreciated Casa Havanas service and care for myself and my family.However, what really caused me to write this review was due to a new hairstylist they had recruited. I had initially booked for a root touchup but was encouraged to cut my fringe by Soaad. I have frizzy and curly hair that I regularly blowout at home and I have always wished to have a fringe that compliments my face and Soaad did just that. Her attention to detail - particularly her skill to take my face shape into account - made me incredibly satisfied and content with my decision. I have not been this satisfied with my hair for years!My new hairstyle has encouraged me my daughters to cut their fringe as well! Thank you Casa Havana and particularly Soaad for your care.

    I found Casa Havana towards the end of my time Living in Dubai, and I only wish I would’ve found it sooner. I was looking for a professional, but comfortable beauty salon and that’s exactly what I found. I was also looking for a salon that would have a stylist that knew how to give me natural blonde looking highlights, and if that’s what you’re looking for Tee is the stylist for you. I came in after trying out a few salons, and just feeling like I wasn’t getting the color I wanted. Tee took the time to see my hair and decide what the best plan was for me.     Balinese Massage with reflexology - Mira is the best this lady has magical hands and these two massages for 2 hours is what I highly recommend. On every trip this is the only place I come and every 2/3 weeks this is a must for me. All pains, strains and aches diminish. Love the eyebrow threading and mani/pedi too.     It was a such warm welcome as I was the first customer for their day in the morning. The owner and the staff was super friendly! I had a chit chat and a whole salon tour before my hairdresser came. I was so fascinated by their Cuban ambience and their attention to details, it gave me such a feeling that I was actually at Havana kind of a place. Even though in a little higher-priced list, compared to other salons in Jumeirah, this place wouldt kill. The Cuban coffee was also a new thing to me! Loved the haircut! Definitely revisiting !     If youre looking for talented and inspired stylists who really know what they are doing, go to this salon. I recommend Tee. She did an amazing job turning a lifetime brunette into a balayage blondie.Theres so much warmth and texture to my color without the bleached, platinum color that always turned me off. It looks amazing! The salon is also beautifully decorated with careful attention to details and a wide offering of services. I highly recommend this place.

I loved the decor and the staff is all very welcoming.I was in town for a wedding and was looking for a place to have a full body massage along with a mani/pedi and let me just say, this place was amazing. I had my full body massage with Mio, I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud, she is wonderful!I was also very pleased with my mani/pedi, they take their time when cutting cuticles and all the equipment used is sterile.     Very good facial massage. They do manual exfoliate. Fantastic. The mask can be a more intensive mask. The mask is not strong enough. My lady is superb. Service is fantastic.

    If you’re looking for hidden gem, look no further ! I came here a quick mani pedi while on vacation was blown away. You step into old Havana with the vibrant tiles and antique decor.Although I just went in for a mani pedi I was also able to add in a neck/shoulder/back massage all while sipping on Cuban coffee.All nail tools being used came out of a sealed bag reassuring me that everything was sterile and my previous gel nail polish was removed carefully without damaging my nail. I was extremely pleased with my results and highly recommend this establishment!
