    Gabby and Aga are amazing! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my brows and lashes. Ive had some disaster experiences in the past and feel very lucky to have found them both. The customer service from the whole team at both locations is 10/10 and the salon is gorgeous.

    Amazing service from start to finish at Brau. I have been to a few other locations across Dubai for my lash lift and brow wax, but nowhere ever matches the quality and service standards like Brau.My technician was Hannah, who was simply a delight. Easy to talk to throughout my service. She fully explained everything throughout the process. I cannot recommend her more highly.As for the treatment itself. Incredible.     I got my lashes done by Angela and it was one of the finest lash work I have had done. Firstly she was extremely professional spent time doing the consultation and understanding what I wanted which put me at ease instantly.     I had my microblading session with Roxie and Arti last October 6, and I acted as a model for microblading. Its been one week since the session and my brows have never looked this amazing! Ive been receiving tons of compliments on how natural and full they look, really not artificial and so much better looking than drawn-on eyebrows.I do have to admit that I was apprehensive about microblading as it might be painful, but Roxie and Arti made sure I was all numbed out, comfortable, at ease and just well looked after. I love how they made subtle recommendations that made my brows look even more impressive.     I recently had my lashes done with lash technician fainchea. I was apprehensive going in as it was my first time getting lash extensions but she put all my worries at ease. She has an eye for detail and I left the salon delighted with her service. She listened to what I wanted a classic set with a minimal curl and she gave me exactly what I asked for.     I had my lashline enhancement done over a week ago and the result is great.The staff is very professional and explained every step so I felt very safe.Being in the salon was a bliss because itā€™s well designed and super clean, also the staff is friendly and helpful.I canā€™t wait to go for my touch up and enjoy the final result for two more years, which makes it absolutely worth the price.

    Honestly I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Absolutely stunning decor and very homey. Not to mention the service is phenomenal especially my trusted brow therapist Carla. Not only is she absolutely stunning, sheā€™s also the best at transforming your brows. Sheā€™s super friendly and makes your experience 10 times better. I would not recommend anyone else for your brows, whether youā€™re going for a trim or microblading she will get it done and at the best quality.

    I had the most amazing experience at Brau for my Microblading! I was nervous and hesitant about the treatment, however upon entering the salon I immediately felt calm and was re-assured that this was the best option for me as I wanted natural, fluffy brows like I saw on the Instagram page.P.S. I have already booked back in for my Lip Blush treatment - I cannot wait!!

    I regularly get my lash extensions done by Fainchea and I recommend her to everyone! She does exactly what I am looking for every time and knows how to make each style suit my eye shape. The lashes withstand water, humidity and heat so well that I could go 4 weeks without having to get infills. She is so professional and makes you feel completely at ease.

    Brau is an absolutely gorgeous salon and the staff are so professional. I visited the team just before my wedding. I booked in for The Mesotherapy Glow Facial with Caroline who walked me through the process. She was amazing and the results were revitalised, hydrated and healthy looking skin. No breakouts or issues pre walking down the isle. I also booked in for an LVL lash lift and even after almost two weeks of sun, sea and diving the results are still amazing. I really am so impressed and will be back!

    Jessica did an amazing job on my brows. The signature brow was just the way I wanted it. She listened to my wishes and it turned out so good.     Had my eyebrows shaped and coloured (with henna) recently by Aga; and they look fantastic!Not only was the service great (relaxing and comfortable whilst remaining professional and welcoming) but as someone who doesnt normally have beauty treatments Ive definitely been converted!Aga was so lovely, and the quality of her work is great - my face looks brighter and she has given me a wonderful base shape to grow my own hairs to now too.     I have had my eyebrows nano-bladed by Arti at Brau Dubai. With my super asymmetric face and features, she has managed to draw out and shape my eyebrows giving me a younger, lifted, and much more symmetrical look.     I went in for microblading a couple of weeks ago and had the best experience ever! It was my first time doing microblading and the team was extremely informative about the process and took very good care of me. Arti did such an amazing job with my eyebrows, and she explained step by step what I needed to do post treatment.The place itself is very modern, clean, and hospitable (with refreshing fruit water and a sweet treat to go with it upon arrival!).I would highly recommend this place if youre looking to get any treatment done for eyebrows, eyelashes, facials, etc. Ill definitely be back to a lash lift!

    Did my lash lift with Jessica this morning, can I just say - I am SHOOK. Ive never done a lash lift before so had no idea what to expect but Jessica was a real star in explaining the process from the beginning.     Recently had my lash extensions done with Fainchea. I had gotten my lashes done many times before in other places and was never fully happy with them but with fainchea it was a different experience. She paid attention to detail making sure to find the length and curl to suit my eye shape and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Fainchea to anyone as the lash extensions lasted the whole month despite me getting other facials and being in the heat and water.Will be booking in again!!

    Have wanted to get microblading done for so long and been following Arti on instagram for a while so after lockdown eased a bit i booked a slot with her!Had to wait a while to get an appointment because she was quite busy but it was well worth the wait. Arti really understood what I wanted and gave me a few different ideas on what she felt would work best with my facial features and explained the whole process thoroughly. The blading process itself was relatively painfree, i had a bit of redness but it went down after a few hours. As for my brows, they look incredible - she is truly a brow genius!Love the vibe, love the people, love my brows - would highly recommend!
