    I’ve visited twice for lash extensions, and the ambiance here is nothing less than lovely and calming. It perfectly reflects the staff’s dedication and attention to detail. Chloe is my favorite!! She’s extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. I had a personal concern with my lashes, and she catered to it beautifully, exceeding my expectations.Gaby and Lani are equally wonderful; their warm smiles always create a welcoming atmosphere whenever I walk in. I highly recommend this place for their exceptional service and friendly environment!I’m warning you though—don’t start booking and taking up all of Chloe’s time because I’m coming again!

    If I could give 6 stars I would. INCREDIBLE place. Amazing ambience and staff is very kind. Lune is an absolute MASTER at what she does. I didnt know which place to go to for micro blading my brows but I am so happy I found Brau. Lune knew exactly what my vision was for my brows.I wanted fluffy thick brows and she gave me an amazing look!!! Now my face feel so much more youthful and bright with her amazing artistry!!! I cant recommend her enough.

    First the salon is so elegant and zen and the receptionist sat down to show me galleries to understand what my option were. Then a shout out to Lune who is excellent. She explained and stopped regularly to get my feedback so I was confortable I was getting exactly what I wanted. She works gently and doesn’t rush you can tell she takes so much pride in her work like a true artist- she loves doing this. Absolutely love my results. 💖

    I had the best experience with Gabby and would highly recommend her services! She was so patient during the initial consultation I had with her and she took the time to explain the process and also gave amazing suggestions on the shape of my eyebrows.     I have been wanting to have my brows microbladed for ages but did have some apprehension so wanted to make sure I chose the perfect place and person. And honestly with Lune I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She made my experience perfect from start to finish. She is so professional, warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away, taking the time to talk to me about what my pain points were with my brows, what the process will be, aftercare and any questions I had. She also took her time mapping out my brows to make sure they were absolutely perfect, and they are amazing! They are exactly what I wanted…super natural and still like my brows but so much better! To add the branch is absolutely stunning, you feel like you are stepping into a resort. If you want amazing looking natural brows I honestly can’t recommend Lune enough!

    Gabby did my lip blush and omg what an angel! I had previous colour on that I wasn’t totally happy with from a previous lip blush I had with someone else and Gabby gave me the PERFECT shade.     This place is amazing and such a lovely experience. I had to wait for ten mins over my appointment time (which didn’t bother me AT ALL!) and the staff where unbelievably nice and accommodating, apologising and even giving me a little goody bag as a nice gesture. It’s pretty rare to find this level of customer service in Dubai. I will 100% be back - it’s a little more expensive than other salons I’ve tried but honestly it’s worth it. You’re paying for extremely high quality and a lovely experience all round. Technicians are very knowledgeable too and make suggestions without pushing products, which is such a breath of fresh air!10/10 please never change!!!

    Tried this brow place here for the first time, and it was such a lovely experience. The ladies are so soft spoken and kind and inviting. Jessica was so professional and made sure to have a very detailed consultation with me before doing my eyebrows (which most brow places dont bother with). She shaped my eyebrows so beautifully, and i was so happy. It was the first time i was ever really happy with my brow shape. She also lightened my eyebrow color so naturally and subtly i couldnt believe it. The place itself is so clean and aesthetically pretty, it made us feel super calm and pampered. The coffee they served us also tasted amazing ! After the appointment i left with new confidence, all thanks to Jessica. There was literally no fault at this place.     I found Brau after terrible experiences trying to book an appointment in a competitor. It was a breath of fresh air. Very responsive front desk who understands your concerns and points you to the right professional. The place itself is so cute and upscale. Then Gabby… oh my God she made me regret not having nanoblading earlier! Simply the best! She did a combination brow on me and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
