I had an amazing experience on Sunday when I went to Bianco Spa for a haircut. I am always quite scared before cutting my hair, and this time I also decided to get a fringe so my anxiety was even higher haha. But Alex was great and for some reason I felt relieved from the moment I started to speak with her. She understood exactly what I wanted and I left home with the haircut I hoped for. I went Bianco in Dubai hills mall for a highlight. The hairdresser Asma did an amazing job! She is so meticulous and patient ! Very happy with her work and her advices. Plus, she speaks English, French and Arabic so definitely help in my case :)

I visited this saloon for the first time as a walk-in at a peak time in the weekend, and I was lucky to get the service I needed right away! The receptionists were very kind and welcoming, and I had a pedicure done by Marissa which was perfect! I rarely find technicians that can give me a proper deep cleaning pedicure, and this time I got what I wanted. I also had a neck and shoulder massage on the chair by Jess, and it was very relaxing and refreshing. I do recommend this place
