Writing this review a bit Late but I must tell everyone that they have amazing service. I did Hair keratin-smoothening & the results are fantastic... Just the way I wanted...completely Natural look.Ameera personally came and checked on the same which was really good... very friendly service... I will definitely recommend everyone to try this.I went from Bur Dubai to International city Phase 2 just for this service on recommendation of my closest friend and I confess I dont regret travelling this far as the results are too good.A big thumbs up to Ameera & staff.

I went for my hairspa along with haircut, gelish manicure and gelish pedicure and I loved their services. Girls working there are amazing and very friendly and I spoke to the owner she was very helpful and polite too. The prices are very affordable woth excellent services. I totally recommend this place to everyone 👍👍

I recently visited the salon and was very impressed with the results of my hair color. I did not provide any reference but Zeenat still managed to deliver a superb outcome. However, I cannot recommend their facial service. Despite paying for 120 AED, I do not think it was worth the cost. The facial lacked steam, which I have always experienced during my previous facials. It was simply a face scrub with no removal of white heads, which was the main reason why I opted for the facial. Unfortunately, just two days after my visit, I experienced a breakout. I also noticed that the sponge used to remove the products was not clean and had a foul smell. This made me wonder if the same sponge was used for multiple clients. Nevertheless, the salon itself was tidy and had a cozy ambiance, which I appreciate. Overall, I am happy to have found my new go-to salon for hair services, but I would not recommend their facial service.

I am so confident that I would never step out of this salon disappointed. Tried so many salons in the area and this is by far my favourite. The staff, the owner are the sweetest.Been there so many times, tried so many services and they have been the best.But this time I went in with 2 minds for my hair color. I myself wasnt sure what exactly I was looking for, but explained Zeenat that by just showing her few pics and she did her wonders and made me so happy with the outcome. This salon was amazing especially the staff ( Zeenat, Rofelie , Rimsha ) they are so friendly and they make sure that you will feel comfortable. I had keratin protein in my hair while they waiting for my hair to be done we had small conversation with the staff and the owner (Ameera ) she heard that i have back pain because of my long flight they give me complimentary massage at my back. It was so good .

I cannot praise this salon enough. Super professional staff who are never on their phones. They never chat unnecessary to each other and dont force customers into conversations either.They value the relaxing experience at a salon and are highly skilled at their jobs. Ive never had to ask them to rectify something. Anne the hair stylist actually listens to what you want and delivers. Never has she cut my hair short or messed it up.Prices are reasonable and the place is clean with professional equipment.

Ive been living in Phase 2 more than 2 yrs and I havent tried any salon here, its my first time with Ameera salon and I never expected that there is a very good salon nearby. The staffs are very professional, Anne did my mani pedi so amazing, Ive never been satisfied like this with any other salon. The salon has very relaxing ambiance and services are excellent. If you are looking for a place where you just have to worry about making payment at the end, coz quality of service is guaranteed and you can put your mind to rest for that . Not only they care about the hygiene general but also ensure the same while providing the service too. The owner of the parlor, Mrs. Ameera , is someone who calls spade a spade and would not mince her words just to please her own staff, if there is even slight variation from client expectation and actual hair color after service, she would ask her staff to redo the things, to the satisfaction of staff. Actually I found this salon by luck.. I was searching for salon near me that provides special service for ingrowing nails.. first I got very quick response through the phone from the owner.. I told her that I have an urgent case and needs treatment.. she was very helpful and she assisted me and followed up without even asking her for that.. she arranged for urgent appointment next day in the early morning with the professional Ann.. I went there and I got special care from Ann.. she was lovely, nice and very professional.. she did the job perfectly and she was looking for my satisfaction and not business wise.. I felt special and relaxed not worried anymore.. she sorted out my issue and saved me from another surgery that might happen after a bad service from another salon.. Im thankful.. I appreciated the service from Ann and I will recommend it to my friends and to everyone.. thank you again you deserve 5 stars and even more for the customer service you have ❤🌹😍🤩

And the foot spa+ the massage is just amazing, the lady who does the massage just made me think of getting a foot massage even though thats not what i went for after she freely decided to give me a shoulder massage to relax while I was getting my hair done.:)And lastly Many many thanks to the beautiful lady.. the owner of the saloon..she just takes too much care of your satisfaction and makes sure you leave with a big smile. I have never felt comfortable anywhere else.. the way i feel at her salon. And i have been to many many even the most expensive salons but with them, trust me .. you will love it!!!
