I have been a regular client for the past three years at Al Ibtisama. Their services have been extraordinary and consistent all this while. They have very well trained staff who makes me so comfortable and relaxed every time i went there. I had been skeptical about the concept of waxing and was not used to it however it was a very smooth ride with them. Divya and Rosy - the staff there are a pro with what they do. Ms Diana had been really supportive with the services and last moment appointment. Thank you guys for the wonderful service and keep rocking as always;) -

I’ve been using Al Ibtisama for a while now and I haven’t had any problems with their service, theyre quite professional and prompt in their service, Daina & team are extremely nice. My go to person for my nails is Sarita, her work is amazing, facial and wax by Divya, she is doing a great job towards the customer, Daina is a all-rounder, her customer service is great, so I have decided go often and enjoy their service. Thanks a lot for your efforts and appreciate your good job. -

This is a great gem in Al Quoz. I love getting services done from Divya. When she waxes my intimate, it doesnt pain at all. I usually get mani, pedi, facial etc done from them & theyre very good with their service. Would definitely recommend giving it a shot. -
